Great bike, fast charging, fun to ride, and fast. I get up to 20.7mph. We bike in town with our bikes. Several other people in town have purchased the same and a few others purchased long range bikes. Great for our community!

I brought this bike not too long ago and right off the bat the box came to my door damaged. I still decided to fix it up and give it a try. The speed was not what was advertised it was slower than what they said it would be. The charger doesn’t tell me when it’s fully charged. The battery 🪫 dies very quickly. And the tires are very thin and will pop like mine did. Then when I tried to get a refund customer service refuse to give me a full refund. Smh now I got a bike I can’t even use and i brought it thinking I was gonna have it for a long time to. This bike and company is kinda a scam. They lie to get you to buy it then when you actually get it it’s not what was advertised and they refuse to give you a refund. I am calling Amazon customer service on them. Smh

I love this bike. Its so easy to ride super quick and to me way worth the money I spent on it. It was a bit at first to put it together because the video is so quick it skips over really quickly got to build it and that was frustrating but was worth it in the end.I drive it to work on every sunny day and I live about 6 miles and it last full electric the whole way. The battery could definitely use some improvements but I'd recommend this bike 10 out of 10 .

I like how sturdy and compact this bike is. The frame will last a long time.It gets to its top speed very fast and has just the one gear when not using power. Pedaling on anything but the slowest of the 3 power-assist speeds seems useless because you are going so fast already. I'm always just tempted to use the throttle and not pedal at all.It was a bit of a challenge to install. Neither the manual nor the video on the Internet seemed to quite cover everything. You'll need a little determination and patience.The front wheel does seem to rub a bit on the brakes but I'm not worried.Just out of curiosity I contacted support via Email to ask if I could order a replacement battery. They said they could not sell me one and that I should look "elsewhere".Overall, I do like this little bike and can be forgiving due to the low price.

Bike is amazing just know if you're not peddling which you can't because if you pedal it goes too fast for you to pedal and you only go about 10 mi tops but other than that I can't complain with the exception of the tires are really thin and I got a flat really fast and had to fix my rear tire a few times other than that it's a really cool bike it goes about 18 on a regular 20 on a full charge for a little while and this is the real review so I hope you're reading this other than that it's a pretty cool bike you know I paid $360 and I think I didn't do bad it could be better and it could be worse

Isinwheel U1 Electric BikeThe Isinwheel U1 is such a wonderful ebike . I truly love how easy it is to use. It’s so convenient and it charges very quickly. The reason I got this ebike is to be able to get to and from work on a daily basis, and it gets me from point A to point B without any trouble. Perfect for sunny days cruising around town on my days off. I love this ebike. A great investment.

Instructions are not very helpful. The wheel nuts, bolts and spacers all came apart when i took it out. No instructions on how to actually assemble the wheel with spacers back together. After a full charge, the battery only lasted me 10 to 12 miles going full speed from one point to the other. For value and price it is great! For daily usage and quality, get a different one

You had better have short legs if you're gonna use this thing.Battery life is not accurate, you can expect maybe half of the distance advertised.Motor had an error after just 400 miles.Not worth repairing.Not worth buying.Don't make my mistake.
