Works Great on your water line!
This eyeliner held up great on my lower water line. Tip: I dried my water line with a Qtip before applying. It doesn't stay as well when applied to a wet water line. Also, it can get caught up in your lashes, so it is easier to apply it after your mascara. I would definitely recommend this liner. I have never had any other liner hold up so well. Note: once you touch it to your skin, it likes to stay, so stay within the lines. ;)

Only thing is that I scoop a few of it out on a spatula and then use my MAC 210 liner brush to give my eyes that perfect wing. I
This is my HG eyeliner. It's the blackest of black out there. Only thing is that I scoop a few of it out on a spatula and then use my MAC 210 liner brush to give my eyes that perfect wing. If I don't do this and have the product open, I find that it quickly dries up. I ain't about to waste $21 in a couple of days with 90% of the product left.So my advice is to always scoop it out and quickly close it back.

BEST EYELINER, PERIOD.
The media could not be loaded. This has been my favorite eyeliner for 4 and a half years now. I’ve tried countless brands and types, this is the blackest black, the longest lasting, the smoothest application, the perfect texture and finish. Everything about this eyeliner is perfect, except for one thing. It DOES dry out extraordinarily fast. So word of advice; DONT peel the aluminum off all the way, peel it back ONLY as far as needed to access the product. And then seal it back asap.

WORKS AMAZING!
I’ve been wanting this liner for a very long time and I’m so glad that I got it because it works so amazing it’s easy to work with it does dry up kind of quickly so you kind of have to work fast but it does go on beautifully and it stays put highly recommend it.

Darkest black eyeliner!
This eyeliner is a really dark rich black which gives a really intense look. I haven’t had the problem of this eyeliner going grayish or fading away at the end of the day. It definitely lasts a while on my eyes. I overall like it a lot and it is easy to make sharp wings. The price is also great and the amount of gel you get can last quite a while. One thing I don’t really like is that after deeply washing my face, the eyeliner sort of smudges everywhere on my face and is hard to remove. You need a strong makeup remover to wipe it off. Another thing I don’t like is that it is hard to remove the dried off gel from my eyeliner brush. I have to clean the brush before every use to remove the dried gel and ive seen that this formula kind of damaged my eyeliner brush bristles because of how hard it is to remove.

This is the perfect HG black, and the blue beats them all, even for watery and oily eyes
This is the perfect HG black, no matter how many new brands i try! And If you are like me, eyeliner is a staple in your bag and you own the most ridiculous amount a human can have. I love eyeliner, and of course, I love the blackest one, but I also have fun wearing crazy colors. I almost never wear it on my lids, because they are too oily, and I prefer using it in the lash line or waterline.Urban decay are my favorite pencils but after I tried the 77 (black) I decided to try this blue one. And for sure is a great one. No Anastasia, or sigma, or tarte, or mac’s fluidline. All these are meh too me. Because they require so much work and translucid powder, and even with this, they tend to melt, raccoon, style. The 99 is the most beautiful indigo blue, with a metallized satin finish. No other color has this perfect blue, not too dark and not too light. It has some silvery-chrome mutation depending on how you look at it, and it’s just gorgeous. Like the 77, a little goes a loooong way, and one it has dried is almost for ever, both the lid and waterline, no joke! It’s totally smudge proof, even if you rub your eyes by mistake, the thing won’t smudge all over. And the good thing is... no need of translucid powder! I;ve wore it for more than 12+ hours with little to no fading in intensity, and it has resisted my watery eyes like a champ. It doesn’t move, for real. You can cry, sleep, sweat, get a shower, use the ultimate make remover, your liner will be perfect even in the waterline, the most difficult part.I find this 99 is not as “thick” as the black. It has a dense texture, but thinner and lighter, so the time to dry is a bit longer. And this time is important, because you can really mess up the line. Once has settled, its perfect And its also a great base for eye shadow, because it doesn't dry so fast, so you can work the product in your lids. Also, as a bonus, your inglot gel can be immortal. If it’s dried out, or if you feel the product is too thick, you can use Duraline by inglot, a magic voodoo that revives any product (Supershock shadows, liners, etc) in seconds. Duraline is an oily solution, so it can liquid the product if that’s easier, because it glides on better. And it’s not only for eyeliner, you can revive any cosmetic product you own. Inglot blue also beat them all

Long staying power!
This product is nicely pigmented and last all day. It is waterproof but not tear proof ( I’ve found nothing is on my eyes)I apply this with a gel liner brush after eye primer and shadow. It dries fast and does not smear onto my upper lid or bottom. I have not used this on my waterline, as I prefer not to use anything there. It is a large pot of liner and I can see this lasting a long time. Ive also ordered the duraline case it starts to dry out, but until then I’ve been scooping out the amount I need onto a old cleaned credit card ( you can use a mixing pallet) and then use a gel liner brush to apply it.So far I really enjoy this liner, more than my Bobbi brown and stila gel liners. And will rebuy when out. Hoping I can find the same liner in brown.

Wow!
Ok so I wear eyeliner for at least 15 years now.. everyday more less :)This eyeliner smudge a little after hours of wear. That's the only minus which I'll mention on beginning of my review. Now come to good things:It is very black. Very deep pigment. Dont need much of this product on the brush to paint whole line from edge to edge. It's amazing!it is stays on my eyes when my eyes get watery which is extremely important to me as I got tears in my eyes at least once a day! Dont think I cry all the time it's just watery from the sun sometimes, from wind blows in my eyes. Or just my eyes got dry and they get watery as I wear contacts .It stays all black and beautiful on my eyes for whole day!It is probably the best eyeliner I had for yeaaarrrrssssss. I'm surprised and asking myself how come i never came across inglot products. Eyeliner is amazing and I'm going to try other products too!

BEST LINER FOR ME YET. Big thank you for making it available in UK
Liner stays fixed for whole day, blackest black colour ever and I have been through SEVERAL eyeliners. Matt and so pigmented that you only need the slightest touch, doesn't clump or cake unless you take too much. Only unfold half the foil and leave rest covered to prevent it trying up faster however lasts me about 6 to 9 months for someone houses liner on a daily basis.

Stays on all day
This goes on well. Good color. The line can be softened with a cotton bud. Best of all it stays on all day. Tip - I use an artists brush, size 000 (available on Amazon) as it’s much finer than any makeup brush.

smooth
eyeliner dark brown, easy to apply, very smooth. lasts pretty well considering I have hooded eyes and nothing stays put, this is definitely better than anything else I've tried. Easy to take off too.

Unfortunately it’s not for me
I was so excited when this was recommended to me as I have tried many different eyeliners in many different forms too but unfortunately this didn’t even last an hour before running. All is not lost as I use it for a smokey eye but as an eyeliner it’s not great for me.
