Device dead before 1 month completed
Received on 10th of February, today is 5th of madch, not even one month and product is dead. Battery last super long, but after second recharge battery is gone, product is dead and doesn’t charge anymore. Wanted to return as I thought i have option but turned out I dont, I thought i have some warranty, but I dont, so definitely dont buy this one. Works amazing but you will need to buy every month most probably.

Good while it worked, less than a month, not respected their warranty
Flossing and cleaning my teeth with MySmile was nice, however one Have to use 5 a 10 time to get used to the best way to position it! The devise itself has its one-off bottom a bit flimsy, yet it work well, and it is portable. The one-star rating as it started to have problems 3 weeks in use, and broke down completely in about a month. Could not find any troubleshooting tip or video on the web to fix it! I asked the company to send a replacment as it is within warranty, yet no response! Cost per floss is very high!

For the price, you’d expect more
Original Purchase: I bought this because of its strong pressure and pulsations, which definitely lived up to expectations. However, the silver paint on the top started peeling after just a week, and by the end of the month, it was almost completely gone. The water tank also began to develop a moldy smell, despite me always opening the bottom and letting it air dry completely. Unfortunately, I missed the return window—otherwise, I wouldn’t have kept it. Update: The battery died completely after just 10 months of use.
