Concrete balcony on new condo build. Dust was tracked in any time you stepped out there. This is exactly what I needed. Eliminates the dust. Easy to apply. No issues.

Wow, I'm impressed with this concrete sealer. After two coats it's already beginning to reduce dust, musty odors, moisture, and has a nice glossy appearance. The fact that it's from the UK makes it even better IMHO, bc that's where my family is from ^~^ I'm not biased though, considering I've already tried the sealer products at Lowes, Walmart, Ace Hardware, Home Depot, etc. and they didn't work nearly as well as this Polar brand does, plus they usually require etching and aren't eco friendly like this one is. Top notch Polar concrete sealer that's easy to apply with a brush or roller. The coverage area is as advertised and the value is great considering it's current price. Would definitely recommend this seller. Thank you!!

Only needed one coat, and one of these goes a long ways. Easy to use and apply.

I have used 3 coats to seal the grout and it seems to peel after 2 months ...will not buy again

I used this to change my storeroom from a dusty, messy, almost unusable place to a clean, dust free location. I previously had cardboard sheets on the floor to keep things above the concrete dust, which gathered continuously from the poorly maintained floor. I gave the room a really good sweeping, then vacuumed it, then applied this specialist sealant in two coats. it is not a cosmetic product, but it does a perfect job of sealing and stabilising the concrete, leaving a clear layer that keeps the concrete from powdering. the only dust now is any that comes in from outside and with the smooth surface that's easy to sweep up when necessary. highly recommended product. Extremely easy to apply and the end result after 2 coats is good. Leaves a satin like finish and the dust is gone.

It certainly keeps the water off the crazy paving grouting which is why I bought it.

So we've just purchased a new build house and thought while the garage is semi empty it would be worth while prepping it before it turns into a dust mine! Safe to say it was already a dust mine! Application is easy but preparation takes the time! Sweep the walls - otherwise bits fall and stick in the sealant Sweep the floor Mop the floor - typical floor cleaner is good! Let it dry And repeat - just to make sure :) I sealed 2 bricks up and then the floor - it certainly needs 2 coats before thinking of applying. Don't do what I did and try to go over it too soon (I thought a day was enough but it realistically takes 2) otherwise you stand on it and pull it up! Then you have the issue of cutting it out and patching! Plodding away and taking my time it was down within the week, (bearing in mind the weather was about 12 degrees) I had to do the floor in 2 stages the back of it then the front. Overall impressed and made the grey floor paint I purchased take to it perfectly!
