Easy to swallow, pre pro and post supplement
Been on this for almost a month and I have no cramps. This was a major issue that I had with the Physicians Choice. Easy to swallow. No taste. It does its job. Value for money is good. It's really good. Pretty, pro and postbiotic.

Been using for years
These have been rebranded as "womens" probiotic, but nothing in the ingredients changed from the old branding. The main thing is it includes not just probiotics, but also *viridae which help kill other stuff in the gut to make room for the good probiotics to take hold. I notice I feel better when I take them, and less when I don't so they seem to be working. I like that they don't need to be cooled and can be at room tempt.

Probiotic works great!!
The probiotic works well with my stomach. I have noticed that I don't get as much gas and bloating anymore. It also helps with my digestive issues. I take mounjaro and seems to help with that also.
