Love, love, love these gummies I have a really bad sweet tooth and having to take 6 of these is a bonus as they’re like kids sweeties! I’ve got them on subscription to save some ££. I think they have made a difference to me, on my second month. I’ve recently had full blood analysis done and B12, vit D and full blind counts are all bang on normal. I think they’re great value and yummy.

So these taste VERY SWEET. I know from the ingredients they say it's from Stevia but they (and I like sweet stuff) do taste extremely sugary. Whether they work I have no idea but I certainly can't say I feel worse for them. When I bought them perimenopause symptoms started, I had to go to the doctor and then it turned out I was anaemic again so I didn't take these as I was on iron tablets and didn't want to overdo the iron, and then by the time that all settled down by symptoms (hot flushes, brain fog etc) seemed to have settled down (fingers crossed). The doctor was a bit sniffy about taking these supplements but doctors often are and I figured it can only help but I did think 6 a day seemed excessive (especially as I wasn't carting the enormous jar about with me) so I only took 4 - usually 2 with breakfast or lunch and 2 after dinner. My main issue is that they are extremely sticky and getting them out of the tub is an absolute PAIN. I currently have about 6 stuck to the bottom and I'm going to have to go and try and dig them out with a spoon. The shape of the jar is stupid when they all just clump together. A different shaped container would be better.

Horrible chew. It's more condensed mush rather than chew. Need to take 6 of them each day is just too many to take. The taste is also way too sweet.

They taste so good, I was fairly worried they would be horrible but I was so surprised. I’ve since recommended them to five friends who were also looking for perimenopause gummies.

Started using these and I have definitely noticed a difference. Less brain fog and less anxious. Taste really nice.

I find myself with a couple of health issue which mean I am taking additional supplements to support them. I don't mind this but find having to swallow a handful of large capsules everyday quite unpleasant. I thought these gummies would be a good alternative solution. They come in a very large plastic tub, and I was surprised when I read the dosage to be six gummies, since they themselves are rather large. Unfortunately, the flavour and texture ruined them for me. They are incredibly sickly sweet, the gummies are extremely soft and sticky with a horrible gritty texture. They made me feel nauseous eating them and it was incredibly difficult to eat six of them, even spreading them out through the day. I only lasted a few days before I gave up. If the flavour & texture of these could be improved I would consider using them again, especially if the dose was more concentrated too, but as things stand, I am sticking with my handful of capsules.

She's a different woman with these supplements, it appears that she is approaching the change. However these supplements have had a significant effect her energy is back, she is back to her normal self. Her "drives" have returned to normal. Really very good, yes it's 6 a day, but the effects are noticeable within the first week. She's happier with them, and that makes me happy 😁

Nice tasting jellies not sure if they are doing anything for me but I hope they are.
