Have hot water again :)
Been in the water heater for over a week now with no issues. Elements fit fine, rubber washers sealed up good. The old elements were stuck in there pretty good, make sure you have the wrench on square to the hex or it's going to slip on you. Ended up draining the tank so I didn't use the spout part.

Turn off breaker,
Drain heater first, add teflon tape to fitting before installing

These work great. No issues, but make sure you straighten out the rubber washers befor installing. Mine washers were twisted, and of I hadn't been paying attention, they would have leaked. 5 stars for these heating elements.
