I recommend these over the regular gummy melatonin that do not have the time-release additive. My daughters both suffer with sleep issues and I noticed a HUGE difference in how they are not only able to fall asleep more quickly, but they both stay asleep 95% more through the night with these, then they were with the ones that didn't have the time-release ability. The taste is pleasant, they say and I've tried them too. The flavor starts off sweet, but then (in my opinion) leaves a bit of a medicinal taste, like a weak cough syrup. I recommend, giving this before brushing teeth for the night, because there is definitely a stickiness factor that will sit on the grooves of the teeth all night, if you don't. This is a subscribe/save item for our house - so unless I run out and have to purchase something elsewhere - it is our go to product.

I'm not sure about the Time Release claim... To stay asleep I have to cut them in half.... Take half at 9:00pm and the other at 1:00am That's just me.

I didn't think the 10mg of time released melatonin would be much different than the regular 10mg but boy was I wrong. One of these put me and the misses in a coma. Totally slept like a baby. I a little difficult to get out of bed but once up we are not groggy

I won’t bash this product. I do have ADHD, plus other insomnia issues. It has worked better for my girl versus myself. My metabolism burns through the time release too fast and does not last long for me. But I at least start a sleep for 4-5 hours. Easy to eat being chewable.
