Perfect for ages 2-5! There’s enough variety between the two that our kids play with them for a solid 10-15 minutes while out and about or at restaurants. I love how easy they are to throw in the diaper bag and how compact they are. I feel like the container needs to be packed just right in order for everything to fit back in, but that’s not a hang up for us. Super cute toy!

Item is durable, has great colors and textures. Fun for kids: my kids love playing with fake food. This allowed them to take the fun on the road. Value for money: Worth the money they have played with this set for a few road trips now and keep playing with it. Durability: Very durable has been played with quite and but and still is in great shape. Entertainment value: This has kept my kids ages 5 and 9 entertained on a few road trips for a reasonable amount of time.

This is a great travel toy. It stayed easily contained in the cup it comes in and my toddler got lots of play out of it. We kept it for car rides and especially air travel so it was something he hadn’t seen in awhile when we needed travel size toys. Highly recommend!

This is such a great idea for bringing toys along when traveling or even just out to a restaurant or somewhere when you need to keep little kids entertained. This encourages creative play for little ones and they can mix and match different pieces to keep it interesting. The size of the cups and pieces are small enough to not take up too much space and I love that you can stick the cups in cup holders when not in use. My son thinks these are fun to just carry around with the little handles! The quality is great as Melissa & Doug toys usually are. I would highly recommend these to all parents of babies/toddlers!

Our daughter loves these for on-the-go fun! These pack up really compactly and we're able to keep them in the car trunk with us for whenever we need a toy. The velcro is sometimes not as sticky, but allows for great imaginative play and many combinations of cupcake layers!

These are so perfect for on the go. My 4 year old and 1 year old love using them while we are out at a restaurant. The quality is top notch. The colors are very bright and vibrant. Great value for the money! I love watching my littles play pretend with them.

These are great for imaginative play and perfect for littles who are on the go. Drawbacks for the ice cream set: the straw and the Velcro. The straw is short and there is no straw insert spot in the lid like the included packaging shows. The Velcro pieces are weird. The cookies include the same side of Velcro (both hook) and the two ice cream scoops have opposites (one hook, one eye). It's hard to explain why that's weird but it just doesn't work right. Love Melissa and Doug products and this will be great for my daughter, but it could be better.

This is a great toy for travel. We have brought it on all our trips and it entertains my kids for hours.

Lovley looking product but only one was sent. I was buying a two pack so both my daughters would have one. Sadly only option online was to return.

So I only gave my daughter 1 container and I'm planning on giving her the other one for her birthday. When I first opened it up I was surprised by how simple it was and thought my daughter would be over this toy quickly. However, she has found countless ways to be creative with this toy. Its a perfect toy for imaginative play and I look forward to playing with the other half. The container is perfect for travel but I do find it to be more of a home toy for us.
