My salt system went out and I could not reset the breaker in the panel. It most likely was either SCG Board or the Fuse. After a quick consult, I was told that in over 16 years they had never seen it to be the fuse, so I order this part to replace the original board in my panel. It took less the 10 minutes to install. The instructions are ok that come with it, but in very small print and only one picture. I suggest taking photos as you open the panel and replace the current board. Make sure to turn off the pool equipment at your circuit breaker box, not just the breakers in the box. Safety first and you don't want to injured. In the end, it was extremely easy to replace and my salt system generator fired right back up afterwards. I probably saved $100's. I'm guessing it would have been at least $500 if I had gone to a pool person. For less than $100, my system is purring once again. I would recommend this part and the delivery time was on time. The photos are of the old board, but they look almost identical.

Ordered less then half the price of the brand-named, received, installed and it works! So... why not!!! long term can't tell at this point but happy for now! After the brand new panel intalled the original lasted 3 years. Will see how long this will go!

Got my salt generator running immediately! I’ll update if there is a problem or it doesn’t last long, but felt like it may be good for someone to see this did work on my pentair.
