This product is amazing at reducing inflammation. I used to get a cortisone shot in my shoulder every 3 months and could barely tolerate going that long. Now I haven't had a shot in 8 months! This is the only thing I have done differently.

I really like all the Omega XL products.

These worked great for my constantly painful right shoulder.After about 2-3 months of use, it cleared up the pain. One real nice feature is that there is no fishy after taste AT ALL. My only complaint would be the price.Seems a bit high, for me on my fixed social security income.
