Qualsen Window Film Privacy Natural Frosted Non-Adhesive No Glue Office Home Bathroom Living Room Kitchen Glass Film (30 x 120cm)

This is a static cling window film and the side that faces into the room is textured. Gives a good level of privacy, I would say it gives a light/hazy image of things close to the window when viewed from outside. Lets a good amount of light into the room. The privacy and light levels are what I wanted, as just wanted to obscure the clear view into the room, only thing I would have liked is a smooth internal finish.Has a small knife, metal ruler and cloth provided (look inside the tube).Installation:I cleaned the windows (ensure to remove any debris/bumps) and then measured the largest window first. I cut the film with at least 1" extra on each side.Wet the window with water, mixed with a few drops of washing up liquid, using a spray bottle (I used a fair amount of water lol).I then found it easiest to remove the backing (from the smooth side that attaches to the window) and then position the film on the window.Once you have the film positioned on the window (you can slide it about on the window) - use a hand to hold it in place (or get someone else to hold in place) as it will slide when trying to smooth out the water/bubbles - then use a squeegee to push out the water/air bubbles from the top section (centre to left/right and downwards), then work your way down the window.Once the film is in place (still keeping it firmly in place with your hand) start pushing the film into one of the top corners (I used the corner of the squeegee) - once sure you've got it secured in the corner as well as you can, start cutting the excess (I ensured to push the ruler right into the corner and cut around the corner edges to get a clean cut)... then work your way down each side and around/into each corner until all the excess film has been removed.Repeat with other windows :-)I had to lift up the sides/edges occasionally during installation but it was easy to re-cling to the window as I just re-sprayed the window and re-squeegeed.It's been up for 2 days and so far so good! I would happily recommend this product.

I bought this because there is a strange glass window above all of the doors in our rental. Light gets through and affects people sleeping in the bedrooms. It is very easy to apply and does the job well enough. There are still a few small gaps as we didn’t have a cutter at home to trim it precisely, but we’re not too bothered. For practical reasons, I’d give it 5 stars (we’re not concerned about aesthetics).

Great value film and each roll comes with nice touch of craft knife, metal straightedge and rag. Easy to use, just make sure window clean and spray both widow and film with water (with drop of washing up liquid). 30mm was perfect size for South facing French door panels so as to block glare of Sun first thing in the morning without having to draw curtains. Have used this type of film before and doesn't seem to deteriorate with time and easy to peel off (leaving no marks or residue) if required.

Difficult to peel apart but once done easy to apply and fit for purpose.

Product not only came fast and good quality it also had everything to insert and adapt to my needs, it came with a little knife, cloth and ruler - very happy with this buy

Waste of money and efforts it does not stick, tried three times. Different methods but still did not stick, waste of money.

Hardest bit was getting the backing film off. Results are exactly what i needed.

Comprado 2 veces. In mes puestos y parece que aguantaran tiempo. Facil instalación (igual que cualquier producto similar). Desde fuera protege de mirones, buena opacidad. Desde dentro se ve bien el exterior. No puedo comentar sobre el control del calor, el verano próximo lo veremos.Recomendado

Feuilles posées à environ 30cm du bas de la fenêtre afin de laisser passer un maximum de lumière au dessus et en dessous. Rendu propre, très bon brise vue. La pièce reste lumineuse malgré tout. Installation relativement simple si on s'organise bien. La notice conseille d'utiliser de l'eau savonneuse : mauvaise idée !!! J'ai essayé sur la première fenêtre, c'était une catastrophe et ai finalement tout collé à l'eau claire. Ça tient parfaitement.
