Pros:I've been really impressed with Majorette model cars for my foster son. They're built solidly with metal, so they feel substantial and can handle all the playtime adventures without any worry of them breaking easily. The level of detail on these cars is amazing, it's like having mini replicas of real vehicles, which my son absolutely loves. The variety in their collection is fantastic too. They offer everything from popular licensed cars to cool special editions, which keeps my son excited about adding new ones to his collection. Plus, the freewheeling feature adds an extra layer of fun, allowing him to zoom them around and create his own little world of adventures.Verdict:Majorette model cars have been a big hit in our home. This is a good set of little cars, a fair bit of variety and they're all a good weight not too heavy but clearly metal, I love how vibrant the colours are and while it's a shame only the limited edition ones have opening doors, it doesn't take away from the fun had with them.

Wow these cars look great, it's a super impressive set and would make a great gift for a child who loves cars or even a grown up collector.There is a good mix of diecast cars and each feels good quality and as well made as the other major brand.Some of the cars have more features, such as doors that open.They are beautifully presented with a see through window in the box

I had some Majorette cars as a child which have been kept in amongst the Matchbox ones so nice to see the brand continue. Our boys love Hot Wheels but they're not so fussed on brand so anything goes really, we also have the newer Matchbox cars (also now owned by Mattel). I'd say that quality-wise the cars from Majorette are on a par with the Mattel offerings and certainly they are better than 80s Majorette cars which seemed a rather poor relation compared to Matchbox. As quality is on a par I would expect pricing to be on a par but it isn't. £30 for 13 cars is expensive and really not worth the money, a ten pack of HW is around £12 so you could get almost double the HWs cars for the price. 2 stars off for the price then, the cars are fine (nothing special) but the value is poor.
