Good quality product
Five stars for a good product. But my mother and I prefer allulose over monk fruit, taste wise in our morning coffee. So we will not be purchasing again. I will use it in cookies instead and buy straight alulose next time.

Nope. No way. Never again.
I tried it, didn't like it, made my coffee AND tea taste like something not fit to bathe your feet in. Truth? This has me afraid of trying any other "sweetener" of this type; worried that they will taste like something meant to be flushed down the commode.

So good!
We recently tried allulose for the first time and have really liked it as a sugar alternative. So this monk fruit/allulose blend seemed promising.A very sweet blend! I don't really notice the difference between it and the pure allulose in food or beverages. And both are very, very close to cane sugar in taste. We tried the usual, added to tea and coffee, tasted great. Then made chocolate chip cookies and they were delicious. The texture was slightly different than with sugar, A bit less dense is the best I can describe it. Didn't affect the taste or our enjoyment at all.Oh, and no negative digestive effects either! If you've been looking into sugar alternatives this is worth trying. This isn't as inexpensive as sugar but the health aspects make it worth it to me.

Not very sweet!
Very minimally sweet, using 3 times more per cup of tea and it's still not sweet as the 1/2 tsp. of PureCane I had been using! Baked a pumpkin pie with this, I threw the whole thing in the trash. Would not recommend.

Naturally-sourced low calorie/carb sweetener
Allulose and monk fruit are both natural sweeteners with far fewer calories and carbs than standard table sugar. People tend to find these sweeteners cause less GI side effects than sugar alcohols, though allulose is still known to cause this for some people. Allulose is popular for baking because it browns, and otherwise generally acts like, sugar. This can be used as a 1:1 substitute for sugar in recipes. It is finer than sugar, and I feel that, when measured by volume rather than weight, the quantity would not stretch as far as the same volume of standard sugar. When I tried this sweetener plain, it had kind of an odd taste that I wouldn't really describe as exactly like sugar. However, used as an ingredient, it is fine.Allulose and monk fruit are both some of the more expensive alternative sweeteners, and, as of this writing, this is not the cheapest allulose-based sweetener you can find, but the price doesn't seem out of the ballpark, either. It would be a good choice for someone attempting to minimize sugar/carb intake who also prefers to avoid artificial sweeteners and/or sugar alcohols. This package is 250g, which is approximately equivalent to 1/2lb.
