They promptly arranged a hassle free replacement which truly impressed us. The sofa is of excellent quality with sturdy plywood, firm cushions and a well crafted frame. The bottom drawer is space saving and is easily movable. The thoughtful customer service and the product’s ease of use made this a fantastic purchase for us. I recently purchased the Ganapati Arts Sofa Cum Bed, and overall, I’m very happy with the product. Right from the unboxing, the craftsmanship was evident. The design is sleek and elegant, making it a great aesthetic addition to my living room. It blends traditional woodwork with a functional modern form perfectly. The wood quality is phenomenal – solid, sturdy, and beautifully finished. It feels like a durable piece that will last for years. The folding mechanism works smoothly, and it transitions easily between sofa and bed modes. One area for improvement is the sofa cushion material. While it looks good, it could be more comfortable and supportive, especially for longer sitting sessions. I also wonder about the long-term durability of the cushion material, which feels slightly on the thinner side. A denser, more premium foam or fabric would elevate this product from good to outstanding. That said, for the price point and the quality of craftsmanship in the wooden frame, it's definitely a great value purchase. If Ganapati Arts improves the cushioning in future versions, this would be a 5-star product hands down. Would I recommend it? Yes – especially if you're looking for a stylish and functional wooden sofa cum bed with top-notch build quality.

This is just short term review Quality wise it's good MDF boards are given Space is adequate for two pillows It's very hard and weight is appropriate to its size Mattress are ok not the best quality Covers have to improve its quality Very easy to assemble They provide all the accessories to fix it .(Nuts and 🛠️ spanner) No need to call technician. It's an DIY product Packing is good no damages But u may face problem for return with seller window. Product is exactly as shown in figure with all the dimensions and colour. quality of polish should improve

Pros:- The delivery was preponed, the sofa cum bed is just as described in it's details and upon extension it is much more spacious and better, You get 3 pillows with covers over them and the storage space is also very much handy. The sofa itself has roller wheels under them making it easier for anyone who is concerned to clean besides or wants to reposition it. The service quality is immaculate as the people at Ganpati Arts are very helpful and the bedding material is comfortable. Cons:- The only con I would suggest is that due to it being basically a DIY sofa cum bed and although it does come with a assembly service provided in it , I find the wood rather loose and not so sturdy as any traditional sofa's. It was my first time buying a whole sofa from Amazon and while the value of money and looks are great at 29k , I feel like a few scratches in the inner part of the build really is off putting. I wouldn't necessarily blame it on the seller itself since you get what you ordered but I feel like for Indian households who want the best quality in cheap rates , the overall quality of the mass produced sofas are a bit underwhelming. So to summarise it completely, The people and service along with the product itself is amazing however you have to compromise if you are expecting something extremely satisfying but for the price and the service along with the amenities provided it is a very good choice for bachelors or even for people who cannot be bothered to give time or more money for a handmade sofa. We were looking for a sofa cum bed, /2 seater for some time. Finally we found the product matching our require dimensions. The product was assembled by the delivery guys. It looks good and sturdy. Sponge is on the harder side, may last longer. Serves the purpose of sofa and occasionally bed.

We had ordered for natural finish bed but the product received is different Color. After using for a month the storage unit below the bed is broken and has come out. Only outer part on bed is Sheesham wood , interior box is of cheap wood. Don’t buy this product. Within 2 months bed stopped functioning so seller took the bed back and refunded money. Don’t fall for the reviews I think all are fake, we ordered the product reading reviews but regretting for the same.
