I bought these magnesium capsules because I had heard good things about magnesium malate and wanted something gentle but effective. I have been taking them for a few weeks now and I can genuinely feel the difference. My sleep has been deeper and I wake up feeling more rested, which is a real change for me. The capsules are easy to swallow and much nicer than the chalky tablets I have tried in the past. They do not upset my stomach and the dosage feels just right. Appears to genuinely help a bit with my sleeping, fibromyalgia and anxiety. Glad I have started taking it and will buy again.

Fast delivery great product

I found these supplements didn't work like other mag malate brands I've had. I take them for aches and sore muscles, 1 at night and when I used this brand, it was like a placebo, not sure why! Swapped to another brand and they worked so it wasn't just my body needing more magnesium, it was the pills with too little mag in them or low quality.

Left this a month before reviewing to make it a fair review. Was recommended this by my ME specialist after struggling with prolonged crashes and lack of daily function, and what a difference. After first week I noticed I'd been way less fatigued, then by the end of week 3 I've managed to stop my day time sleeping which was 2/3hrs a day alongside my evening sleep to not having any sleeps at all. The increase in energy is definitely evident and prolonged periods of concentration improved at work. Subscribed to this so hoping to continue with the benefits. Updated 2 months in - still continuing with massive increase in energy, day time naps are non existent and overall function is significantly improved.

Good price Good supplement

Was skeptical at first but someone told me abut Magnesium as I was having trouble with sleep. Two week taking these now and wow ! my sleep is so much better, drift off in seconds and full 7-8 hours no problem. Should have been taking these long ago. I take two every morning along with my other supplements. Highly recommend but give it time to full kick in.
