Excellent flooring.
This flooring is great. I replaced the floor on one of our rental pontoons with this EVA material. It's great, easy to clean, non slip and looks good. I'm going to install it on the rest of our rental fleet this off season. Highly recommend application of an exterior contact adhesive to your substrate to ensure good, long lasting adhesion.

Looks great, time will tell
Bought some cheap version on eBay in the past at nearly half the cost. It lasted less than a year, falling apart. Not fun to remove. Couldn't really tell much difference in quality at first glance but the adhesive was very good on this though. With the cheap one I had a few areas come up, mostly edges, that had to be reglued with contact cement. This stuff stuck perfectly with no peeling. One thing that was super annoying though was the adhesive backing. It is very thin paper and it kept ripping apart as I tried to peel it off. At one point the piece I was working folded up and stuck to itself. It was really bad and I expected the foam to tear when I pulled it apart. Luckily it held up. Just be careful with that, it's really sticky and the paper is hard to get off. We'll see how it holds up but so far looks good. Hopefully the UV rating is better than the last stuff I used. One thing I learned last time I did this is to sand the outer edges at an angle with a power sander. This gives a nice profile that is rounded or chamfered and makes a much nicer finished look.

Worked for my situation but not what I would use on my deck...
I live in southwestern Oregon. I bought a used aluminum boat for use on our local lakes, bays, and the (nearshore) ocean. Aluminum is the defacto boat-of-choice for our Pacific NW climate, however, in the summer that metal can get dangerous hot out on the lake. For that reason, I decided to cover all my rails with deck foam to keep my wife, our kids, and guests from getting burned while climbing into or out of the boat. I ordered this Oceanbroad deck foam specifically because it has the grey “teak” panels (matches my boat interior) with thinner black strips in between. I was a bit disappointed to find that the grey panel edges are not beveled. I included a photo of a previous foam decking I had used (different application) wherein there is a nice bevel to the grey panels that is more comfortable for your foot on a deck application. Per the included instructions, I laid the foam out in the sun which relaxed the material and shrunk any excess. As you can see in the photos, I needed to wrap over a 90 degree angle on my rails and I figured that angle would correspond to the thin black strip. I cut a small strip, wrapped it over the rail, and marked it where I wanted to trim. I transferred the marking to the foam and cut long strips. I then marked cut-outs along the strip for the cleats, rod holders, and other fittings on the rails. I peeled part of the backing and laid the initial part of the strip down on the rail. When it was properly positioned, I pressed hard and began to pull more backing as I moved down the rail. Once I had the initial part of the strip down, I pushed the other side down. Easy-peasy! You can see that it came out looking great. I didn't like the 90 degree edges of the cut foam so I sanded the outer edges to give a rounded finish (see pics). It looks and feels better than the 90 degree edge. Note that I did not go anywhere near my fueling cap with the foam since there was a specific warning in the instructions reference the same. You can see that I also covered the curved rails at the front of the boat. If you look closely at the photo you can see where I made a relief cut every 12 inches so the foam didn't pull up later under stress. Again, it came out looking great. The price point ($132) for 8' x 3.8' is actually right in the ballpark of similar dimensions offered by other sellers. Although as I previously stated, I would be reluctant to re-deck my boat with this product, I must say that it worked out great for my specific use. Four stars with ease.

Easy to lay down and really tough.
I've used this product for several different uses: in my boat, my camper, and my backyard shed. I ordered this to complete my backyard shed flooring project. It is tough, self adhesive, lays flat and can be cleaned with a garden hose and a stiff brush. I have nothing but compliments for this product, from the ease of installation, the durability and the overall appearance, it exceeds my expectations. Thank you!

Seems great.
We are using this on an old sailboat to make the vinyl floors a little less slippery and a little more snazzy. I have to say, my impression is good. I have some rough cuts around some of the weird corners. It is easy to cut in the grooves but less so when it comes to the raised portion. You are going to want either a REALLY sharp and significant knife or a pretty epic pair of shears. The adhesion is actually quite perfect. I was able to "undo" a couple of bad placements but once I tromped on it a few times it really seemed to be stuck down. And I immediately noticed how much nicer it was to walk on. Better traction and much better heat retention. It used to be a bit of a trial to be the first person out of bed onto the floor. It felt like ice knives into the bottom of your toes. Now I don't mind being the guy who turns on the heat. You are paying a bit of a premium for this... so be aware. And the amount is okay but if you plan to cover an entire room or something you will need to budget up. Even so, it really is an easy product to love and even a little goes a long way.
