Great replacement. Our old original one was leaking so we bought this one and glad we did. No leaks and works just as good as the original one.

Works great for me, and a good value, good enough quality for the price, though it's not from Vitamix. Easy to clean and works as well as the original which came with Vitamix. The plastic material stays like new after use & cleaning.

This was a great addition to our Vitamix Explorian 48 oz model for those times we need more capacity. While I can’t speak for the endurance of this pitcher, for now it is delivering similar results as our 48 oz pitcher.

Started cracking on the bottom a couple weeks in then started shooting out rust from blade after about 6 weeks.. after three months the cracked portion chipped off. About 4 months later the rust got to be too much to keep using..

Update: after contacting the seller, they did indeed honor the 5 year warranty claimed and sent a replacement. I upgraded the review to 4 stars for good service. Original review: Rusted out after 5 months (Apr - Sep 2025). We use our blender every day, sometimes many times a day, and this one just couldn’t hold up. I just found the ball bearings falling out of the rusted bottom. Not a good value.

Product does not come with metal base as advertised. Still works as constructed, but disappointed that the product isn't what I thought I was buying. UPDATE - The seller contacted me explained that they recently updated their product from an aluminum alloy base to a high-quality nylon material to improve the product’s durability. They offered a full refund based on this confusion. I appreciate their candidness and willingness to offer a refund.

This worked well for a couple months and now is completely worthless. The blade has come off, the rubber base has started to disintegrate onto our blender.
