Fits well in to my trainers, only used on a treadmill and they are very comfortable and reduce the impact on my knees, I would recommend them.

These are nicely made, fit well and provide great support!All at a very reasonable price too!My wife suffers from 'tired' feet and wearing 'fashionable' shoes and consequently always wears insoles.She's a size 5 and these small sizes fit extremely well.They provide instant and long lasting support that you hardly notice you are wearing them.100% recommend!!

Easy fit and very comfortable under foot.

These insoles are really comfy. Whether you have foot pain or not, they're great to have in shoes where they're not so comfortable anymore. They're easy to fit into the shoe and offer great support.

I ordered the small for my wife who's a size 5 and doesn't have medical foot pain but does have shoes that don't come with proper support. These fit well in her boots though I did have to cut a little off the edges to get a flat fit. They are quite thick but haven't affected the fit of the shoe. They would in tight shoes but anything like trainers with laces that can adjust the fit a bit ought to be OK.She says that they are extremely comfortable, adding a great level of arch support and padding where it's needed at the heel and ball of the foot. After a very long walk she was very happy with these.

These insoles are exceptionally comfortable and provide excellent support, particularly for people like me who are on their feet all day long for work.I was a bit apprehensive about something bulking up the inside space of my shoes but they give such added comfort I am won over.Sizing came up well for me and they have thus far stood up well to wear.

These insoles are great! They’re very comfy and bouncy. They fitted my shoes perfectly, too.I don’t think they’re quite up to turning normal shoes into running shoes, not with my knees and not sustained running. However, they are really useful for stopping your feet getting tired if you’re on them all day.

I ordered the large (9 to 11) size but received size S (4.5 to 5.5), which was disappointing because I really like the look of these insoles and would have loved to try them out in my own trainers.However, since nobody in the family takes such a small size, I can neither review the insoles after wearing them myself nor report back after a family member has worn them so, unfortunately, I can only express an opinion by merely looking at them.The insoles are clearly well-made and have quite a few laminated levels, with a substantial foam mid-layer and a more resilient bottom layer, presumably to minimize wear.There are three different types of cushioned pads at strategic points, which are clearly intended to reduce impact injury, and the high arch is supported by a strong, hard plasticized material. Despite the insoles being much too small for my size 10.5, I did indeed hold the arch part against the arch of my foot and I felt absolutely sure that it would provide a substantial level of arch support; far more than ordinary trainer insoles - even the very expensive ones.These insoles probably deserve the full five stars but, because I was unable to wear them myself or test them in any other way, I feel that, to be fair and ‘on the safe side’, I should give them four stars.

The media could not be loaded.  I have a pair of runners that I couldn't use because after a day of walking my back was in terrible pain, I tried a few other soles but gave up as nothing seemed to work. Then I saw these.* The fit my size 8.5 (US sizing) runners perfectly, absolutely no cutting required (big plus)* I thought the heel might feel hard but after many walks it feels good, offers solid support to heal area.* The bottom offers soft support and helps with my overpronation.* After many hot walks/runs there is no odor in the shoes, the soles are very good for keeping my feet dry.* They stay firmly in place, no sliding around, however the back of my runner is a bit low so the odd time my heels slide up a bit (but doesn't bother me)Overall, these are a bit more expensive than others I've tried at $34.99 (at time of review) but the saying is true, "you get what you pay for". They have worked wonders for my old shoes that needed a lift, my back doesn't bother me after my runs, and the fact that I didn't have to try and cut these to the exact size, was extremely helpful.5 starsWould recommend!

I put these in an old pair of shoes and it was just like heaven on my feet!! Needless to say that I love them! They fit perfectly to the size I ordered. Guess I can't say enough good things about them.

My wife started a new job, and is now on her feet all day. The boots she wears are OK, but her feet got sore after a few hours. We tried these, and they weren't such a great improvement. Her feet would still ache. We finally bought a pair of another brand, and her sore feet went away

My son's insoles had worn out and the shoes were still good, so we put these in to see if they would help align his feet better and give support and cushioning. They definitely have good support. He was walking with his ankles turned in, and these insoles helped to support his arches so he stands better. They do have some cushioning to them, but not as much as he's used to. They seem to be more about support than cushioning. I think they could do with a touch more softness, maybe make the cushion layer a bit thicker. He says his feet quickly press down through the cushion to a hard surface. On the up side, they don't make his feet any sweatier than usual, and they don't make his feet hurt. So I took off one star for the cushioning/comfort, and give it four stars for stability and support.
