The media could not be loaded.  I purchased the couch on Sept. 4th w/ a Sept 18th delivery date. The item arrived on Sept 10th! After a week, I decided the backrest pillows were not as fluffy as I desired, so I issued a refund. However, Claire was on it! She contacted me immediately and reached out to her manufacturer and all within hours she was able to have 2 backrest pillow inserts sent to me. The customer service is impeccable!The couch fits perfectly in my new livingroom and the seats are nice and soft but firm w/ no sinking into the seat, which is exactly what I wanted. It's great for the cat claws as well as every imperfection or pulled thread can be fixed with a small touch of a flame from a lighter, and it's like nothing ever happened. The cat loves it as well, as he can be seen lounging frequently.

Do not waste your money with this item. It’s a glorified mattress topper. This item came vacuumed sealed and rolled up in two boxes. The item was suppose to inflate to the specifications listed in the description. They did not. This item inflated to half of the size it was suppose to after letting it sit for a week. You can not get in contact with the seller at all. No phone number works they have online and you can not count on Amazon to do anything helpful in returning this item. FedEx and USPS would not ship the item due to its size and UPS quoted us over $900 to ship the item via freight. I’ve had 6 calls back and forward with Amazon on trying to get this item returned. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
