Great Wireless Freedom !
This wireless system simply does what it says it does - easily, and very well. It linked up without any probs, and quietly got on with the job. I went for Positive Grid's product mostly because of their claim for low latency - there is no noticable delay here. The battery life is pretty close to Positive Grid's claim, too. All in all, very impressive. The only reservation I have is that the on/off button is very small and quite recessed, so not overly easy to operate, and, when doing so, your finger(s) tend to obscure the status LED. A pretty minor gripe in the overall scheme of things, though. It's fairly expensive - but then again, all these wireless systems are. At least this one works really well. It's great not being half strangled by a wandering cable !

Excellent accessory if you own a Spark amp
A brilliant and useful gadget that cuts the cable! No longer need a long trailing cable connecting your guitar or bass to your amp. The set up is very easy, charge them, plug in to the amp and guitar respectively and turn them on and away you go! No noticeable latency and battery life is decent if not quite as long as stated. Item quality is pretty good but some may not like the plastic gold esthetic but I would highly recommend.

Perfect companion for Spark amps
Work brilliantly, use them with my Spark amps, last a few days with moderate use. Got a long range, unless you're playing Wembley stadium you won't have any issues. Can charge them both at the same time aswell which is handy. Highly recommended

Great, but battery could be better!
Great piece of kit, the battery life isn’t great. A normal gig will knock you down to orange Fantastic sound quality, I have noticed a difference compared to my boss wireless. Super portable Next to no latency, good value for money. Just wish the battery was better

Unsuitable for electric guitar!
This is nicely made, although lightweight by design. I do feel it could be very easily damaged if knocked while in use, so it's not really up to regular gigging. As mentioned by others, the indicator light and on/off switch are poorly located, so that one obscures the other - not a major issue. What IS a major issue is the sheer amount of white noise/hiss it produces. This is noticeable with low gain on a guitar amp, where you may feel it's acceptable (although significantly noisier than using a cord). With any kind of amp gain, it's completely unusable without a noise gate immediately after the receiver, and before the amp. And, of course, than only hides the hiss when the guitar is not being played. The actual sound quality behind this hiss is very good - crisp, dynamic and fairly faithful to your guitar signal (a slight brightening is present). I contacted Positive Grid to find out if this was faulty or otherwise out-of-spec, sending them an audio file, but wasn't advised there was a particular issue with my unit; i.e., it was performing as expected. The only amp I found that it would work acceptably with was, in fact, my Spark 2, which does I believe include a noise gate at the input. I returned mine for a refund, and ordered a cheaper replacement (the £46-ish Westshell one), which had the same hiss but with much reduced treble and dynamics compared to the Link. That has been returned, too. In my opinion, these systems would be fine for bass, electro acoustics/banjos and keyboards, but forget it for electric guitars unless you only play clean, or are prepared to use a noise gate (which for me compromises the simplicity intended by going to a cord-free setup). If you ARE going to try one of these systems, unless you have very low audio standards, I'd advise using a seller that has a good returns policy (like Amazon) to avoid disappointment.

Wireless Bliss
Simply incredible. Ive been playing wireless long enough to remember when you used to have a battery pack connected to the strap and the unit connected to the amp was a big box with an aerial on. To have something like this in modern day is nothing short of miraculous, the size is incredible and very portable. Ive thoroughly enjoyed playing using this, and the range is fantastic. I havent encountered any harsh noises coming from the connection as others have. I think the sound quality is perfect. I believe this gives me more freedom of movement. The battery life is around 4 hours or there about which is more than enough time for a good jamming session or gig. The price is probably a bit more expensive than other lesser known brands available, I cant compare this to other brands. But if youre serious about the wireless aspect you cant go far wrong with this brand. They seem to be leading in the amp simulation game at the moment and i will certainly be investigating their other products.

Bad noise/hum!
Awful quality! Had to return it for a refund. The amount of noise/hum coming from the amp is brutal. I'll stick with a good cable.

This has got to be one of the most straightforward and effective wireless system for guitars. Works confidently as advertised.

I like this one. It looks clean and elegant, and most important, it works for me. Battery is good for one whole worship service.
