The product itself is of good quality and performs well as described. However, one major downside is that the seller does not provide any onsite installation, which was a bit disappointing. As a result, I had to figure out the setup on my own, which could be difficult for some buyers. It would have been much more convenient if the seller included installation. Overall, the product is worth it, but be prepared for the extra effort on installation.

I'm putting this review after one year from the date of installation, the lock is working perfectly fine and at this price the lock looks premium and of good quality, the app associated with this lock also works great and provides all the update/ notifications quickly...since this is my first smart lock for door I don't have idea about other smart locks.....but at this price range none other are available...good deal to go..

I purchased the Golens X41 smart lock, and initially, it worked flawlessly with no issues at all. The lock had an impressive battery backup, needing a recharge only once a month. The fingerprint and face unlock features were incredibly quick and convenient, making it a delight to use. However, after about two weeks, I started facing issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. The lock would disconnect from Wi-Fi approximately every two hours. I reached out to Golens support, and their response was commendable. The initial troubleshooting included reinstalling the app, but unfortunately, it didn’t solve the issue. Golens support didn’t stop there. They suspected a firmware version upgrade might resolve the problem and promptly sent me a new back panel screen with the latest firmware. While this effort was appreciated, the issue persisted. Despite the setback, Golens went above and beyond by replacing my entire smart lock with a brand-new model—at no additional cost. They even handled the installation free of charge, without any hassle or questions. The new smart lock has been working perfectly ever since. This level of dedicated support is rare in today’s market. Golens has truly outdone themselves and set a benchmark for customer service and satisfaction. If you’re considering a smart lock, look no further than Golens. Not only do they offer reliable products, but their customer support ensures peace of mind. Highly recommended!
