I ordered this kit for my son, who is a collector of vinyl records - a bit late for me, as my scratched and over-played record collection was disbanded a long time ago! As an avid collector, though, my son was delighted with this cleaning kit, and has been using it since it arrived to keep his records and turntable clean and in mint condition. He particularly likes the mitts for handling, and the surface cleaning cloth, which removes dust from the discs very efficiently.Overall, a nice little kit and a good gift for a record enthusiast.

This vinyl cleaning kit comes in a handy organiser and consists of a pair of record handling mitts, some microfiber cloths, some stylus cleaning gel, and a record cleaning roller. The anti-static mitts are extremely handy for picking up vinyl records and work very well, the microfiber cloths are also excellent for gently cleaning the records.I couldn't really get to grips with using the gel to clean the stylus, I prefer to clean this using the cloths. The record cleaning roller is a very novel approach to cleaning the grooves of a record and it seemed quite effective at doing this, though I'm not sure if it's any better than using cloths. Overall though this kit is well worth getting for anyone who is passionate about their vinyl record collection.

The most useful items in this kit are the record handling mitts and the record cleaning cloth.I can't see me using the needle cleaner - I just use a dust blower for camera lensesI can't see me using the roller either, I have another tool that does a great job.As a starter kit this does do a good job of helping to keep your vinyl collection clean and playing perfectly but I think there are better kits out there especially at the price point this is pitched at.

A great little kit for looking after your vinyl, encourages you to proper take care of your collection.I grew up with vinyl records (and still regularly play them), so record-care is second nature.
