The media could not be loaded. It is easy to use, the only option I don't like is that it doesn't cool down quickly so I'm wondering if it cañ do any damage for leaving it on longer waiting for it to cool down. It won't dry hair that is too wet either so only use on damp hair. The light flickers when it's heating up, not sure if it's supposed to do that.

Very disappointed with product that I received today. Package was torn open and taped shut. Box that the product came in was crushed and torn. Curling/flat iron is broke and won’t turn on and heat up.

Does the job.

This is a good purchase and definitely worth the asking price. Heats up quickly, has a quality/swivel cord, good options for heat setting, cool air function that can be used separately, can touch the barrel when curling due to the cool air without burning yourself, attractive, packaged well, and auto shuts off for safety. I think the one thing missing (unless I’m wrong) is the ability to lock the settings. One review mentions that the buttons are not in the way when using. I find this to be the opposite. Everyone will hold it slightly different but I can not avoid hitting the button when using and this could be a problem if higher temps burn your hair like me. Outside that I definitely give the thumbs up.

It's not made for long thick hair, unfortunately. For me it was a waste of money. And I don't think it gets warm enough to straighten hair.

Works good and curls well but the buttons are in a location that’s too easy to hit accidentally and I have to reset it all multiple times while styling.

Oh my goodness i finally found the one that make me love my hair style then the clamp thing that hold last end of hair then boom 😱 all day my mind was on those iron ! !
