Definitely recommend!
Bought this for my son for Christmas as he has recently gotten into weight lifting. He is 16 and throws this in his gym bag and uses it 3-4 days per week and so far it appears to be holding up well after 2 months of solid use. He is hard on all of his gear so I am pleasantly surprised it has held up so well.

extra strap would be nice.
Comfortable but Not the type you can walk around with ...will fall off if you try to walk with it on without weight...has to be loaded with weight in order for it to be secure.. i had to fasten an extra strap in order to keep it on while walking while not loaded. not false advertisement. I just didn't know any better before purchasing
