I like the 10 minute stopwatch timer with the retrograde hands spinning quickly back to 0 when finished. This watch is based on the Hawker Hunter fighter jet cockpit (Google it to see what I mean).

This is a fantastic watch , well built, with useful features. It really does look like the dials in a aircraft cockpit. The only minor draw back is the leather strap which is a suede finish, which can mark easily, and does ! I changed the strap on mine to a dark green thick leather strap , non suede.

The watch itself is lovely to look at but felt very poorly put together.. I had really high hopes but the overall build was poor its only a £200 watch but have bought pigani and San martin watch at the same price point and have never let me down.. I still own a av-8 watch and that one has been perfect...

Just like the classic plane instruments its based on, so clar and easy to read....perfect gift for anyone of a certain age !

Bought as gift for husband. I know he will love it. He collects watches, he really likes the AV8 collection. Stunning to look at, the camo is a nice touch. This one will stand out.
