I have recently taken up fishing and wanted a camera to take pictures of some of the fish. I have a smartphone (who doesn't!) but as its a really expensive phone I don't want to use it at the waters edge to take pictures (just in case).Saw this camera package on offer for a reasonable price for it's features and specifications so thought I would give it a try.Firstly you get a lot in the package with this camera, 2 batteries, external battery charger (can also charge a battery in the camera via usb), memory card, multiple cables, bag, wrist strap so it is really a complete package with everything you need to start taking photos / videos.The camera itself, looks like a mini professional type, initially I thought it felt cheap (although solid) but then it is cheap and the more i have used it the less this bothers me.The front where the lense is I thought this would control the zoom but it doesn't but again at this price point I can't argue with that.Picture quality itself is more than adequate, i will say though that when using zoom at high levels it can make the pictures look grainy (probably how it is done in the software), but a lot of cameras are the same in that respect.Talking of software, there are a lot of options with this camera, special effects, resolution, etc etc. If I am honest I am not too keen on the navigation as you have to come out and then go back in again if you want to change more than one thing (I can't see a mention of a back button). For me though I have chosen my preferred settings and I will leave at that as they work for me for the purpose I bought it for.The lcd that is included is not the highest resolution so you may take a picture and think it isn't great but when you download to a PC you will find they are a lot better, again at this price point you can't argue. The display itself also pulls put so if you are a blogger / vlogger you can look at yourself whilst filming or taking pictures.So to summarise it is a decent camera for the price point and with everything included with it. You probably won't win any photography rewards with it but again it's about the price point (may have mentioned that a few times!).I would recommend this as is as does what it should, it could be improved (software for me would be the main thing) but it's more than suitable for the purpose i got it for.

I love the large flip-out screen, which is ideal for taking selfies and vlogging. The photo quality is stunning, capturing moments with great detail and clarity. It also comes with handy extras like two batteries, a 32GB SD card, and various cables, making it convenient right out of the box.One of my favourite aspects is its portability. Whether I'm out on a casual walk or travelling, its lightweight design means I can easily carry it in my bag. The retro aesthetic is a quirky bonus! However, the autofocus can be a bit finicky at times, especially in low light.It also doubles as a webcam, which I've found particularly useful for video calls. Overall, for its price, it's a brilliant option, though there are minor issues with the depth of field and the frame rate for 4K video, which isn't the best. Nonetheless, it's a solid choice for budget-conscious photographers and casual users alike.

The perfect camera for all but the most demanding photographer.The camera was bought for a light weight carry around that would take decent photos and also could be used for 4k video. It has the added bonus of a flip out screen to you can take selfie shots and video.The camera is easy to navigate and use and you get all you need in the box to get up and running. The photo quality is very good given the price and the video quality is perfect for youtube etc. The retro look is also pleasing.The included storage card will hold many photos taken on high res so if travelling its ideal where you're unable to regularly remove the images.Given the cost its perfect for popping in your bag to capture memories whilst on the move. But also ideal for taking photos at home.For the price - nothing not to like.

This digital camera is a good contender for budget yet high resolution photography with a good picture quality and 48 MP capability. However, as with any device, it comes with its own pros and cons.I'm gonna start with the pros. The picture quality of the camera is great. It allows for 48MP resolution (make sure you choose it when setting up the camera) making the image look crisp and detailed. `It captures small details very well and if I was to describe the image itself, it looks very "smooth" if that makes any sense at all :)However, when it comes to video recording, the camera has a somewhat lacklustre performance. While it offers 4K capability, the frame rate is limited to 10fps which might put some off if they would like some more fluidity in their footage.At 1080p resolution, the frame rate of 30fps which is the standardThe camera seems to excel in outdoor environments with a lot of light and clear skies. In the dark, it struggles quite a bitOne area where the camera falls slightly short is in its autofocus functionality. While it is good for the price, there are instances where I encountered difficulties in getting the camera to focus precisely on the subject.Navigating through the menu system of the camera is pretty good, the essential functions and controls are intuitive and easy to use. Users have the flexibility to adjust settings such as ISO and exposure, although it's worth noting that customization is limited to preset values. While this may suffice for most users, those seeking more granular control over their settings might find themselves wanting.

Hard lessons learned; don't use your phone as a camera when on holiday.2 reasons,:1. it drains your battery so when you need to access Google maps cause you're lost, you can't.2 it's easier to steal when it's in your hand and you're walking around in heavily populated, tourist areas.Because of sadly having experienced both of the above I decided to get a camera for my next trip away. Now I'm no Ansel Adams and don't aspire to be so wanted something cheap, cheerful that takes a decent picture.Having looked at the reviews etc I decided on this one. I liked the fact it comes with 2 batteries! The camera seems quite robust. You will need to insert the memory card and adjust the pixels to 48M for best results!Seems to take a decent picture, I have no complaints.One thing to note is it won't slip into your pocket because of the lens protruding quite far but is small and will fit into a handbag, which I guessed when I looked at the photos.

Really pleased with this camera and with just how much you get in the box. The camera is well designed and fells comfy to use. The menus and settings are easy to navigate and everything is straightforward. The picture quality and video quality is excellent and I'm really impressed with the output. The moveable viewing screen makes it perfect for self recording which is a must for me. What I really like is just how east it is to use as a webcam as well as a camera. The video quality is much better than that of my PC webcam and it has made my Zoom and Teams calls so much clearer. In the box you get the camera, soft case, strap, SD card, USB adaptor, HDMI, USB-C, two batteries, charger, lens cover... a lot basically. It's a great entry level camera with lots of functionality and most importantly good output.

I was excited to try out the Oiadek 4K camera for my daughter who wants to start doing photography and videography. The videography would help, especially with its flippable screen and nostalgic DSLR style whilst coming with a lot of extra extras like spare battery and external battery charger. Bright LED, microphone/led shoe and mount point.However, sadly; that's where the positives end. Despite being marketed as 4K, the video quality is more akin to somewhere between 720p-1080p with bad upscaling—about on par with a budget smartphone. The lens is for show, and the top button swivels are purely for show. The frame rate for video is low, and while the build isn’t flimsy, the plastic feels cheap.This isn't a camera for anyone serious about starting photography or videography. It's a toy for a young child, and even then, it’s overpriced for what little it offers. Avoid if you're expecting anything more than that.Shared some pictures of the camera and will try update with some pictures/video footage.My suggestion would be to try another product of similar design and hope it is better than this one or get this one when discounted so less of a negative.I've gave it 3* based on the accessories and price point as well as the flippable screen which is a nice touch for the price point.

For the price, this is a decent camera for beginners!The design looks nice and smart, and I like that you can move the screen to use for different purposes.In terms of the quality, is it the best? No. But for the price point you’re not expecting something tremendously high end. The photo quality is decent, and there are lots of settings to play around with. I’m by no means a professional photographer so couldn’t testify for how all of these work exactly, but they seem okay for a novice!Where the camera struggles is in taking photos with low lighting. The quality was terrible and grainy, and no matter what I tried, it just wouldn’t focus. During the day though, absolutely fine. The casing feels very cheap and plastic, so I’m not sure in terms of its durability how it would stand up, but again, not terrible for the price.If you’re looking for a cheaper option for a vlogging camera, or a first digital camera (perhaps something inexpensive to take in a holiday) then this would be a great option!
