The taste is perfect, and it has tiny green specs which I believe is the Garcinia cambogia that is known to help with weight loss. I usually take it every morning as part of my daily routine. Honestly, it really depends on my body because there are some days when I don't feel hungry after drinking this coffee. But also, some days I will still have the appetite. I think this is a good option if you want a good alternative to making your coffee in a healthier way.
