I’ve tried quite a few indigestion and heartburn remedies over the years, and Gaviscon Double Action is one of the few that consistently works well for me. The relief is usually very quick, especially after heavy meals, spicy food, coffee, or late-night eating when acid reflux tends to flare up. They not only help neutralise stomach acid but also create a protective barrier to stop acid travelling back up the throat, which is what causes that horrible burning reflux feeling. As we get older our digestion just isn't what it used to be, and I started using these when I hit my mid 40s. Work within a few minutes and the mint flavour is actually nice, not overpowering like some others. I've bought a few packs for my dad too since he gets the same trouble. Always keep a pack in the car and one at home now. Wouldn't be without them.

I buy these from Amazon all the time as usually cheaper than buying from the supermarket or other discount shops. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The price was good too.

These really help my gastritis and acid reflux symptoms. They taste better than the liquid to me. I would just say the texture is slightly odd once you bite them, they can get stuck to and inbetween your teeth.
