Stays Cold for hours!
Super cute design! Keeps insulin cold for hours to a full day. Ease of transport, comes with 2 ice storage bottles, and a medical alert tag. Simple tap to the top of the lid shows exact temperature. Definitely worth it. Highly recommended!!!

Design deficiencies & doesn't work
Several aspects about this product make it not ready for market:1. It doesn't work. Won't keep medications cold for more than an hour or so with ambient temperature of 72 degrees F -- even using the frozen gel pack. Most definitely cannot keep medications frozen. Within moments of removing the unit from the freezer with frozen medications, the interior temperature rises above freezing and within an hour or so it's at ambient temperatures.2. The temperature display is battery powered -- but there is no provision to change the battery. So you use it for a few months or maybe even years and then the display dies. Built-in obsolescence. Of course, if the unit doesn't work in the first place (see above), the chances of using it until the battery fails are pretty slim.3. There is no way to shift the display between Celsius and Fahrenheit. If this is supposed to be an international product, it doesn't adequately serve a huge portion of the world market who uses the latter. This thing is pretty much a boat anchor. Totally wasted my money on it and ruined a batch of medication on a road trip. There has got to be better technology than this out there. The above being said, the company voluntarily issued a full refund for the price of the unit. Kudos to KEK for their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Works for Kesempta
The media could not be loaded. After weeks of research and looking, decided on this brand and got the ‘better’ one with the temp display on top. Driving for 3 days, from FL to Canada, with my injection pen (Kesempta) for MS and hubby’s insulin. My pen is a big one but none of the manufacturers seem to have my med on their lists. (Closest of the larger pens are the Ozempic pen). I ordered this one anyway; if it didn’t fit, I could always return it. Pleased when it arrived to fined out it did fit (see my video). Plenty of room to add hubby’s insulin pen beside (but no more than that). If we were going longer I would order another for my hubby.Good value and seems very sturdy. Just like a insulated coffee mug/cup. Comes with 2 little bags to put your injections in so they don’t get damp from condensation. Also comes with an emergency water tank/fill in case something happens to the blue freezing stuff. Very confident my medication will make the journey to Canada mor comfortable than perhaps I will 😉😜!I do recommend this product as it’s easy to put together. (Website is a bit confusing however getting my info on the scanning part of the app… doesn’t want to save anything 🤷🏼♀️)

OK
This is a decent product. It keeps meds cool for about 12 hours. Not ideal for long trips or for items that need to be kept cool longer. Its fun to take thru TSA check points with the digital lid looking suspiscious!

Celsius only; but awesome otherwise
The length of time they claim to keep it blow thin a certain temperature range seems a bit far-fetched compared to results I’ve found … even with “room temperature” of my house as the ambient temperature outside of the holder. Not much of a challenge compared to being outside in a backpack while hiking or camping … or inside a car for a road-trip.Wish they would come out with a Fahrenheit model … or, better yet, add a switch that allowed the user to choose C or F.Like most Americans, I have trouble doing metric conversion. But I did find an app that quickly converts a Celsius temp to a Fahrenheit one — that I’ll quickly recognize if it’s too cold or too warm for my insulin.
