Really like this product. I take 2 an hour before bed and it relaxes my busy mind. Definitely very effective. Sort of on the big size, but easy to swallow with a big gulp of water.

Awesome vitamin pack. Came exactly as described, and I take them every night. I ordered this one because this type of magnesium was something that I was told absorbs better than other magnesium types. I noticed that drinking alcohol or taking it on an empty stomach, sometimes irritates my stomach a little bit, to no fault of the seller. I just figured I’d mention incase this info benefits someone else.

I brought these but bothered my stomach. They are small, easy to swallow. No taste to them . Good price. Enough milligrams but I just didn't feel well.

If you are struggling with staying asleep the whole night thru- as I was- this is a must try! Melatonin was effective at helping me fall asleep, but it did not keep me asleep.
