Zippers came undone at first try! | UPDATE: Bag has completely redeemed itself!
Seemed like the perfect bag so I placed an order. When it arrived, it initially met my expectations. The material was great and you have a lot of pockets to work with. The main compartment is spacious and they didn't cheap out on the straps. The side pocket zipper, HOWEVER, came undone at first try. I gave it a soft, gentle tug to put it back in place but the plastic part which you could hook things on snapped. I originally wanted to return the item but shipping cost would outweigh how much I spent given that I ordered from outside of the US.For the next hour, I tried several YouTube hacks until I was able to fix it. I've decided to keep it for now. We'll see how the bag holds up, but I'm dismayed with my first-day experience given the price point this comes in. Even the cheap big brand duffels don't do this on your first zipping attempt.Well, off to the gym. I'll update this review in a few weeks.UPDATE after 10 days of heavy use:Ok so I'm bumping it up from 2 stars to 5 stars (rounded it up from 4.5). There are a few design inconveniences that I'm willing to live with:a. The side pocket (the smaller one, not the shoe/glove compartment) that originally came undone--and I had to fix--would naturally "eat" the interior lining if you don't pull carefully. The pocket gives ample space but there's no rigid structure for this side to stand up, so any mindless pulling on the zips would occasionally jam the zipper. But, I've learned my way around it.b. The external straps for hauling gear would unhook every now and then, but in my testing, would unhook LESS if you're hauling anything. Basically, it benefits from having something tucked in between.c. Given how the zipper pull on the side pocket snapped, I don't think the longevity of these would be up there, but they're handy when your opening and closing the different compartments. I wish they went for something else.d. The two bottle pockets are too small for bigger tumblers, bottles and shakers. I just use them as additional pockets for keys/cards/earphones/etc.What makes this the close-to-perfect bag for me?1. Shoe/glove compartment is super spacious. I can easily fit three pairs of footwear with some more space to spare. You should be able to put in big gloves without problems.2. Lots and lots of well-thought compartments. This has always been my problem with other bags AND I ROTATE BETWEEN 6 duffels! The "lack of rigidity" works to its benefit by making the bag more stretchable or "malleable" in a sense, allowing you to fit more gear than what you'd originally expect.3. Cordura material is very much appreciated. It's easy to wipe the bag clean and the surface looks like it's going to stand the daily gym grind. The durability of the 500D should last years.4. Ventilation! You have ventilation everywhere. Now, for the "anti-microbial ripstop inner lining," I'm not sure how to personally test it but cleaning the interior of the bag seems easy to do anyway.5. All the straps feel extremely tough.6. Main compartment can fit everything I need for my training sessions, with extra room to fit in some more. I thought 50L may be too big, but it apparently isn't.Overall, I would buy this bag again! Awesome stuff from Hayabusa. While my initial experience was a letdown, I've loved the bag ever since.

Excellent Gym Bag
A great gym bag. Multiple pockets for different items. Two pockets for wet items that allows you to separate them and not get everything else soaked. Doesn’t retain stinky gym smells. Great bag!

Finally a good bag for martial artist.
I train Muay Thai 4-5 days a week and I have always struggled to find a good bag for all my gear. They usually rip or barely fit. This me bag is freaking amazing. I carry 2 pairs of gloves on me usually, one 16 oz for sparring and one 12 oz for bag work/pad work. This bag can fit it easyily with room for head gear and hand pads. The straps on the size is convenient for shin guards but I have a slight fear that one strap will come loose or rip by how tight it is. I would prefer a wider bad or even a net that can stretch instead. This bag also easily fits my 6 pairs of hand wraps and four pairs of ankle support compressions. There is plenty of compartments I haven't even been able to use.

Just what I was looking for!
Bag is perfect for gloves, shin pads, and other gear. Mesh compartment on top is great for airing out wraps and shorts or whatever!Very happy!
