If you are looking to make the smallest changes to a healthier lifestyle, this product is it! You can't tell the difference! Make sure to follow the directions because overcooking will not be good, just like it says on the box. Otherwise, this will be the only pasta I will be purchasing in the future!

Taste is not so great.but it is very heaththy

It's really good but if you don't like Chickpeas or Garbanzo beans then it might not be for you. It's pretty good though and very healthy. It's gluten free if you're a Celiac.

Good texture, for gluten free

This is a super yummy, high protein pasta "substitute." We have come to prefer it in minestrone soup, as it holds up better/doesn't get as mushy! Plus it adds substantial protein to your meal and doesn't have lots of additives. Just beans! <3But, unfortunately, these boxes were put in a huge paper envelope that was neither sufficiently padded nor the right size to protect it's contents from jostling around. As a consequence, the bag was ripped across it's face and all three boxes were crushed open. Not really sure how sanitary it is since the bag was also opened.... so we tossed it all.AND... because food is not normally returnable, had to waste a half hour to get a refund. So, I wasted about 45 minutes including searching for the product and ordering it, unpacking it, and getting a refund. All because it wasn't properly packed. What a waste of time.

Great item instead of traditional gluten free pasta which doesn't always taste good. Reasonably priced when I purchased it...my local stores were sold out during virus pandemic. Healthy and tastes great. Even with just butter or olive oil and salt.

This not only tastes like real pasta, you can reheat it without it turning into a floppy mess of falling apart which so many other gluten free pastas do.
