Easy to use and works great

My wife mixes the KAMUT️ Khorasan Wheat Berries to her brown rice mix and cooks as if it were rice, and it tastes really delicious. It is very easy to prepare and easy to eat. It mixes well into soups in the same manner that rice would. It is great for people who are concerned about diabetes. We recommend this product, and we will definitely buy again.
