This is a really nice looking storage bench. It has a steel frame, covered in faux wicker, that is sturdier than the usual cast resin boxes you see here on Amazon. It is comfortable and sturdy and hold's all of my wife's gardening supplies. (We use this on our balcony patio to hide here plant junk when she is not using it. It really does the job.) It was super easy to assemble. All of the holes lined up and the threads for the screws were clear and easy to chase.I took off one star because the bottom panel, which is pop riveted to the bottom frame had 4 of 10 pop rivets popped off. (Nice use of "pop" - 3 times in one sentence.) I used some #8 sheet metal screws with oval heads to hold the panel in place. Works better than the rivets. The manufacturer should consider using screws instead of pop rivets. They could take another $0.03 out of the cost and shift that last piece of labor to the customer, thereby increasing their already-fine profit margin.Ignoring that little pop rivet thing, this is a fine piece of patio furniture and I expect it to last.

We bought for use on patio for incidentals that need to be close but need to be out of site. Assembly is cumbersome because all screws are Allen wrench type in hard to reach places. The wicker is very light weight and will likely be good for one season. Ours already has a snag on front. Looks good but use should be limited to very light use.

The bench is attractive, easy to put together, and made of high quality materials. The cushion is well made and comfortably thick. The fabric is of high quality. The colors of the bench and cushion are true to the photo. Also, I had to contact customer service to request a missing piece and they were exceptionally helpful and generous. I am very pleased with this purchase and the customer service behind it.

You cannot use this for outdoor storage. The wicker on the top, allows water into the storage area. DO NOT BUY THIS, IF YOU NEED WATER-TIGHT!

Assembly instructions are skimpy and by the time I assembled it, the lid did not work. The lid should slid into the hinge but appears hinge is not correctly preinsralled. Very frustrating, especially since you cannot take hinge off to put it on correctly.

This bench is very well made and has a lot of hidden storage. The cushion is very soft and comfortable to sit on. We had a small issue with one of the pieces and I sent them an email with a picture. The customer service department responded quickly and they handled the problem with ease. I would give their customer service 5 stars. I would highly recommend this bench.

Terrible product. Putting it together is a pain in the butt and I have put a ton of furniture together in my life time. The screw holes didn’t align so had to use a hammer to put the bottom on and while i did it the wicker broke. The hinges are cheap as hell and the top lid keeps falling off. Talked to the company and they refused to offer any refund. Terrible product and terrible customer service

Smells a little funky so put it together outside. Sturdy and looks good.
