Amazing value and quality
I've been looking for a replacement stove top for quite a while now. Last time we chose to go with an expensive name-brand and it only lasted around 5 years. This last year the high-output burners on my high-priced stove were horrible. I was hesitant to replace it with an unknown brand at a price of about a third of what I paid for my old one.Wow, was I impressed. The burners all get much hotter than the expensive unit. Boiling water is now super quick. They light easily and work well and the entire thing is built well. Amazing value and quality. I highly recommend this stove top!

Great cooktop
This was a great upgrade to my old cooktop. Very easy to install. Seems high quality and we love having the fifth burner. I definitely recommend this cooktop.

ARRIVED WITH BROKEN GRATE BAR SO RETURNED.
This arrived with one of the grate bars broken so I cannot provide a review. I purchased another one from Empava, because it had quick shipping and I needed a replacement fast, and posted a review of that one. In theory, this Amzchef one looks better in its grate design (that's why I initially bought it).Note these lower priced units have thin cast iron grates that are brittle and can break easily.

Size is great - Low profile beneath the counter and 5 burner
I chose this because I was putting a double oven in the space beneath. This was about have as deep beneath the counter as most units, so I was able to get the job done. We are happy with the performance of this. Also it has the knobs on the front which gives room for an extra burner in the existing counter top spot.

One ignitor stopped working in 4 months -- problem solved.
The center burner ignitor stopped working in 4 months. Cannot find parts anywhere. not worth the money.Update: The manufacturer sent me the part (central ignition pin) for free and the video on how to replace it. Problem solved. Thanks. 3/29/2025

No Installation Instructions
There are no installation instructions included. Not too hard to figure out but a few pointers would be nice. Especially on how to secure the Cooktop to the counter...

Sturdy gas top
I love my gas top stove. Easy to clean. Cooks quickly. Great for price we paid.I have cast iron pans and my old electric top would not hold up to using.
