I bought these for two reasons 1. Improvement in sleep. I wake often and sometimes find it hard to get back to sleep 2. Restless and irritated legs when going to bed So I’ve given these over 3 weeks now and initially felt no benefit whatsoever But… I’m a believer in giving things time to work so here’s my take Con… no improvement in my sleep pattern Pro… this product has totally cured my restless legs which makes it easier to relax prior to sleeping For me, this makes it a worthwhile buy and I will be reordering UPDATE… I am a believer in giving supplements time to really take effect so I reordered. I’m now well into second bottle and am now seeing more positive effects. I initially had results from restless legs which for me was great but no help in my sleep pattern. However in the last couple of weeks, although I still wake often, I now go back to sleep much quicker and sometimes I can get as much as 3 1/2 hours continuous sleep. On the whole, I’m now getting between 6-7 hours sleep a night (albeit broken) with NO long periods of wakefulness in between. Conclusion.. This product has been a game changer for me and I would urge anyone to try it out for at least 6-8 weeks before deciding if it works for you.

My main focus for testing these was the promise of improving my sleep, supplements are prone to have different effects with different individuals and do need some time to build up in your system. Reading the contents there are an interesting combination of needed supplements but not particularly high doses, I do take both zinc and magnesium so that no an issue for me and may well assist the Ashwagandha to assimilate in use, the bottle is plastic but at the price point that’s acceptable, the pills are easy to swallow. I will report back if I find they are having an impact in the future.

Great product. Trying it for the first time following a family member's recommendation. I have used the product for a week now and there is perceptible increase in my ability to focus. It also appears to be promoting, better, restful sleep as advised by my smartwatch.

Ya hace por lo menos 10 meses que tomo este producto, siempre el mismo y tengo que reconocer que a mi me ha funcionado muy bien, pero solo ves los resultados entre el segundo y el tercer mes. Es fällt mir leichter, Gesprächen zu folgen und an diesen teilzunehmen. Die Kapseln riechen angenehm und das Pulver ist sehr fein gemahlen. Durch die Hinzugabe von Sensoril, wird die Absorption und Wirkung verlängert und verstärkt. Demnach ist es ein ähnlicher Effekt, der durch Piperine oft in NEM verwendet wird. Mit 300 mg Ashwadanda KSM66 pro Tagesdosis liegt diese Formel im Standard Bereich der Dosierungen. Ein Pluspunkt ist, dass hier auf den KSM-66 Standard gesetzt wurde, welcher ein hohes Gehalt an Withanoliden, den aktiven Bestandteilen von Ashwagandha, aufweist. Das Produkt ist zudem für Veganer geeignet. Insgesamt macht das Produkt einen hochwertigen Eindruck, zukünftig würde ich mir aber eine Glasflasche wünschen. Zu beachten ist, dass jeder Mensch anders auf Nahrungsergänzungsmittel reagiert, und was für eine Person gut funktioniert, funktioniert möglicherweise nicht für eine andere.
