Make your cakes or chocolates look amazing. Simply cut to size required, slowly melt your chocolate then spread evenly over sheet. Wait about 5 minutes until chocolate is almost set, then score, or use metal cookie cutters in shape of your choice. Put in fridge until completely set, then peel of acetate. Simple
