These have a nice strawberry gummy taste, sweet but not overly so. They’re easy to chew but a bit sticky. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and I’ve noticed a bit more energy throughout the day. Definitely a convenient way to get vitamins when your not having a nutritious meal.
