Sauce ended up powdery on meat. i know i used too much. how to use this to make sauce-like texture? thanks.

When using this incredible spice..use about 2 tablespoons as you marinate your meat.then add coconut milk and 8 oz. of what and simmer on medium to low heat..giving you a delicious sauce and well seasoned meat.
