Matfer 111023 Whisk with Plastic Handle, 12"

This smallest of thr range is amazing. All Professional Pastry Chefs use Matfer whisk. The metal wire is thinner than the other sizes , but this is as designed, and has a bounce which allows for comfort whisking motion and can manually whip up Meringue in next to no time..great for sauces, cream, chocolate. If you want a diverse-well designed whisk - this is a must! The handle is comfortable.as rhe diameter is specifically designed to prevent people over gripping (other brands Vogue or Schneider) have larger diameter handles and is not nice to hold and use). All the different sizes of Matfer whisks are designed slightly different to handle the larger tasks. As a professional chef I have used all the different sizes and highly rate the whole range. Highest trusted quality and worth the money. Don't settle for cheaper whisks!

This is a great whisk. It has great flexibility and great movement. It is not too big and I can get to use it for a long time without getting a dead hand. IT is also sturdy and it does not brake after making a 2kg batch of creme pat. Highly recommended.

I've seen this be recommended by people that know many things about good cooking. I have a lot less experience, but I can definitely say that this is the best whisk that I have seen or used. It's relatively expensive compared to many other similar items on the market, but I think it's totally worth it in the long run. The most important parts to me are that it is constructed well and cleans up with far fewer issues. There aren't nearly as many nooks for liquids to accumulate, harden, and become impossible to clean. That ugh feeling when I think about using a whisk otherwise (due to them being difficult to clean) for dishes is more or less gone.

主にカスタード、生クリームを仕立てるのに使っています。今まで使っていたものだと変形したり持ちにくかったりして使いづらいと思うことが多く、変に力が入って手が痛くなったりしていました。業務用となると少々大きすぎるため使いづらく、こちらの商品は一般的な家庭用より丈夫で扱いやすくサイズもちょうどいいのでとても重宝しています。他の商品より値は張りますが、長く使えるので買ってよかったと思います。そのうちにすべてのホイッパーを買い替えたいと思います。
