Dietitian's Handbook of Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition

Don't Buy It
This book is really a disappointment. The information is scattered and not up to date. The pages in this book are made out of poor quality material which makes it vulnerable to be ripped. The other disappointment is the tables and figures. When you have a title saying handbook, you would except that it would be simplified with tables and figures to reinforce the information, however; this book has very few figures and tables. Even the tables are squashed and have missing information regarding the topic it covers. If you do not believe me, look inside the sample on Amazon website. I hope no one makes the same mistake I did by buying this book.

notes
VERY SIMPLE USEFUL and complete, especially for the Nursing but not only because it report many (almost all) theoretical and practical aspects of clinical nutrition.
