I strongly advise against buying Godrej products from Amazon. The company is not providing any support for installation, repair, or product warranty. I have purchased multiple Godrej items from Amazon, but every installation had to be handled by my own carpenter. Godrej offered no assistance. When I contacted their customer care, they informed me that the services shown on Amazon were discontinued over a year ago, and currently, there is no support available from Godrej. This means many customers, including myself, have been misled and left without proper service. If you still plan to buy Godrej products, please check carefully with both Amazon and Godrej customer service before making a purchase. This has been a hard but valuable lesson for me about shopping with Amazon and Godrej.
