Q: Can this be divided into 2 different shelves?

It can be done. The post are adjustable in height and shelves are also.

Q: What diameter are the poles?

The Diameter on the ones i just bought are only half inch. One thing worth noting the shelves arent like most. Typically the flat side is on the top of the self with these its upside down. And the shelves have the sides going up. Also says it will hold 500 pounds. I doubt it will hold 100 safely.

Q: What are the lengths of the upper poles, middle poles and down poles? I need a custom height.

Kind of a hard question to answer. There are 2 poles only and the top one us 27" and the bottom one is 25.5". Top and bottom units connect in the middle. The unit, not includin the door brackets is 57" tall. Hope this helps.

Q: What is the width in between poles? Trying to fit something 19" wide in the space and it seems like it will be close. Thanks!

It's 21.25 inches wide so it won't fit in a 19" space
