This is a great walker, it enables me to get around safely and comfortably. It folds nicely as it is stored inside. The basket in front is large, the seat is ample & comfortable. The large front wheels make the ride smooth even over old cement sidewalks. The foot pedal to “lift” the walker up onto curbs is easy to use. When in a waiting room or other public place, I invariably get comments and/or questions. People love it and often note the brand name. The walker is attractive and sturdy and gives me a sense of security. I highly recommend it.

I purchased this for my mom. She is new to using a walker and I wanted something sturdy and easy for her to maneuver. I was very happy to see this checked both boxes for her. It was easy enough for my husband to install for her but I can see it might be a little more difficult for someone with strength issues. Unfolding and folding it down are quite easy, and it locks in place with a sturdy thump. Adjusting for height was very simple and it was able to accommodate my 5'3" mom. Let me preface the size. It is compact and rugged. The 12 inch front wheels are nice for where we live, where the terrain is not all smooth. The seat is is a big plus for my mom, she has bad knees, and she loves the padded back. The "ride" is smooth and steering seems quite easy, even in tight spaces (yes, i gave her a driving test lol). I love the little touches for her, including the foot step by the wheel to help over curbs and the cup holder. Little touches that are included that make her life a little easier. The one thing I will say, that was a bit tough and people should know, is trying to put it in a trunk is a bit difficult because of the big wheels and cup holder sticking out so be careful. The cup holder is easily removable though. This walker is on the heavier side, which was OK for us, but this might be an issue for some. You definitely need room in your trunk for this walker or a larger back area. Even with this I am still happy about this purchase because it's what I wanted for my mom. As far as value goes, I believe it's worth the money. This is not the cheapest nor is it the most expensive, but in this model, you definitely get what you pay for. You can feel the quality in the walker. I hope this review helps my fellow Amazon customers.

The 12" front wheels allow me to go over grassy areas with ease. Solidly built. Lighter. Nice device and cost effective too. Easy to assemble. No brake adjustment needed.

I've had few of these, and this one is by far the best quality. It rolls well, folds easily, and the big wheels make it stable over gravel walls, or a driveway. One thing to consider... This one folds by pulling up on the seat from the center. That means it fills from the sides, making it skinnier. Other models fold by pushing the forward wheels to the back wheels, or front to back. My old one was like this, and it kept the little pocket under the seat intact. This one, because it folds side to side, squashes the center pocket, so you will have to empty it everytime before folding. Not a big deal for me, but you might want to consider it.

I love this so much! Much more lightweight than my old rollator. It's skinnier too, so I can get through doorways much easier. The sling-type chair is very comfortable. I'm 250 lbs, and I was afraid to sit on it at first, but it's very sturdy. The cup holder broke the first time I put the rollator in the car. It's not sturdy at all and made of thin plastic. I would have taken it off before I put the rollator in the car, but it's really hard to put on and almost impossible to take off.

It is solid & well made, but too big & bulky for an average sized home making it difficult to operate for a small adult person weighing around 100 lbs. I bought it thinking the larger wheels would be better for various terrains & passing through doorways with thresholds, but she has difficulty trying to steer it & is constantly fighting control. I had to get her a smaller walker. This one would be suitable for a heavier & overall larger person.

We were amazed at the quality of this walker. It is really sturdy, balanced and stable - very important when you're walking outside. There is a large seat with comfortable backrest and a roomy but collapable under the seat storage. Why, it even has a cane and cup holders as well - really handy for your 'cuppa' !

It is light enough for me to put in and take out of the car. Looks good. Easy to steer. Easy to assemble. The wires are covered so they can’t get snagged as I move past things. The seat is wide enough for an XL woman like me, but the walker is still small enough to fit through doorways. Feels well-made and strong. Has large wheels that make me feel safe outdoors. The large storage bag has a shoulder strap and easily slips on and off the walker as needed! That has been a HUGE benefit for me!!!

Good quality. Satisfied with purchase. Brakes work well. Very sturdy. This rollator is significantly better than a previous one I ordered because of the larger wheels that make it more stable and easier to use outdoors. It's also more comfortable to use, I feel safer. The back strap slides in/out of brackets. Handle on seat makes it easier to fold compared to other cheaper rollators. I highly recommend this rollator. The bag in the front is large enough and a zipper is used to open/close the top of the bag. Update: The brakes still work well. The brakes on my other cheap rollator stopped working within a short period of time and the nuts/bolts become loose more easily which resulted in losing essential nut/bolt for the breaks. This walker is very sturdy and I have not had issues with parts becoming loose, falling apart and losing them while out and about. This is not the cheapest rollator on Amazon; however, it is worth paying more for better quality and comfort. This rollator costs significantly less than other rollators I found in local stores. Very happy with my purchase and Amazon!

This walker is amazing in comparison with many several others we’ve had over the years. Large wheels for extra stability on any type of terrain. This was very easy to set up out of the box. The cables for brakes are inside the frame making it much safer with no chance of them getting caught on anything when putting walker in & out of the vehicle. The frame is designed to give a much more stable walker, very solid and sturdy. Even the hand grips are designed for ease of use, comfort and stability. The walker has a new design for lowering or raising the hand grips to help easier to put handles higher or lower if it’s being used by someone else taller or shorter. The seat is solid and it folds inward for easy fit through narrow spaces. Extremely pleased with this purchase. Definitely excellent value for the money.

I purchased this walker for my wife but it just wasn't the right one for us. It was very nice, but my wife uses it daily and it gets packed up for daily trips in a cab or handydart so it takes quite a lot of use as it gets folded and unfolded into the trunk of a cab or back of a handydart bus. This led to the backrest breaking at the point where it connects to the walker. Because of tariffs the company was not able to send a replacement part, so they offered us a full refund. The walker itself is fine if you are using it to get around and not packing it up all the time. It is otherwise quite sturdy and offers ample storage and has big wheels, making it great for manouvering outside on uneven ground. The company is very easy to deal with, responds quickly to emails, and works with you to remedy any problems. While this didn't work out for us, I do give this company 5 stars for their excellent service and for putting their customers first to remedy problems. I would consider purchasing again from this company just because of their responsive customer service. Any time a company can put customers ahead of profit, I have great respect for that.

The rollator is of good quality, easy to assemble. However, the handles, even at their highest position, feel low for me, I am 5'10-5'11 (176-178cm), not low enough to return it, but I would prefer one notch higher.

I bought this one because it folds sideways and stands when folded, but mostly because it is strong. I use it when I go to the grocery store because it holds a LOT of weight. I put a large thermal bag on the seat and 2-4 smaller bags on each handle with no problem. It moves very smoothly with the bigger front wheels. It is still compact enough to fit into the back of my car. Plus, of course, it looks nice. Very happy with this purchase.
