Nice yet warmer than I was hoping for
I purchased these as summer indoor house shoes, yet they are almost too warm for warm temperatures. Other than that, they seem durable and are lovely.

Ruff
They are rough on the bottom of your feet. My daughter said to wear socks, but I got them for the summer months, socks aren’t going to work.

Stylish slippers with solid fuzzy comfort
Ours is a no-shoes home, so we have become experts on slippers. These are great. Study construction, great feel, firm no-slip soles, and they look great at a nice price.Since I wear slippers all day, every day, I consider two features to be essential. First, they must be made with "breathable" fabric (i.e., they evaporate sweat instead of accumulating it).Second, our guests get to wear these, so it is vital that they look good after many washings -- and have an elegant style. These still look after repeated washings, not ragged as many do.Most slippers have one feature. These have both, at a nice price.

Durable, thick rubber soles with breathable fabric but tight at the front
These open-toe slippers are well-designed in terms of durability. The rubber sole is quite thick and it provides a good non-slip grip while remaining very flexible while walking. The inner sole is thinner and is made of a mesh-like breathable material. It is not soft but also not rough. The rest of the slipper has an almost carpet-like material that is soft and tear resistant. I like this style of slippers for all-day, causal wearing because of the durable sole. I got the right size in terms of length but I am giving them 4 stars because the strap that surrounds the top of my foot is too tight. I have narrow feet and yet the front of the strap is too tight and puts a lot of pressure on my toes. If I want to wear them for an extended length of time then I need to keep my feet near the back of the slippers to avoid having the front of my foot squished. I would consider upsizing them for better comfort. Otherwise the slippers are durable and will be great for guests with smaller feet.

Some minor finishing issues & mixed reviews in my household
I got these for my wife, who likes to wear slippers on our tile & hardwood floors.Received the slippers, and quick first impressions were they are nice looking & the picture in the listing is an accurate representation of what I received. Looking closer, there were some minor imperfections (see pictures) in the stitching and piping suggesting the finishing work wasn't the best. Fortunately none of those issues impacted the feel of the slipper, and there were no sharp/distracting edges for your feet.As far as comfort, I think it depends what you're looking for. The soles are a thicker easily bendable rubber, while the insole isn't very thick. It's material touching your feet is more of a smooth finish than furry (as seen in the pictures). My wife wore them for a bit and she wasn't crazy about them. She said the front of the slipper rubbed on her big toe, the material felt uncomfortable on her feet (she prefers more fuzzy material), the insole padding too thin (she likes memory foam) & the sole too thick. So we gave them to my mother in law (who lives with us). She really liked them for all the reasons my wife disliked them. She prefers a thicker sole & thinner insole padding. She liked the feel on her feet and the slipper didn't bother her big toe at all.Overall I gave it a 3 because of the not so great finishing & the mixed reviews after being worn for a while. The description & pictures in the listing is an accurate representation of what you'll receive. If you like a thicker sole, thinner insole padding and less fluffy feel in your slippers like my mother in law, then I think you'll like these slippers. If you prefer the opposite, then these are probably not the slippers for you. As for the minor defects I saw, they didn't impact the function of the slipper & could probably be trimmed up to look better ... or left alone since they are indoor slippers & don't have to be perfect.Update: My mother in law has been wearing these daily as her regular slippers for the last couple of weeks. She said when she first started wearing them, they were snug & she felt comfortable they wouldn't fall off while walking. She really liked them. She says they've now stretched out where they're loose on her feet & she's worried they'll fall off while going down stairs. She said she has to grip them with her toes so they don't slip off.
