This is a wonderful product to use when water retention becomes a problem. Unlike water pills, there are no long term side effects and it is a safer alternative to most otc durgs. I like NOW products, they are "clean". I was on a prescription diuretic. I really got tired of going to my doc, then to the pharmacy just to obtain my medicine. I decided to try this product and so far, so good :-) It seems to be working, I don't feel swollen, no adverse side effects. My next check up will tell all.

Pretty good stuff. Effective at removing excess bloat from your body by pulling water from fat cells and flushing it out through your urine. I also like that the ingredients are natural. Please note though that this is not a good long-term solution for weight loss. I only use these once in awhile for one-off "emergency" situations where I need to look my best on short notice.These work best if you take them for 2 days before any date where you want to look a little thinner (wedding, photo/ film shoot, etc.), but cease taking them as soon as the event/day is over. The product works like its supposed to but you should know that headaches (sometimes severe) are a common side-effect of dehydration. You shouldn't blame the pills for that though- just be willing to pay the possible price of headaches for your vanity lol.

This combined with dandelion root seems to help keep the edema at bay. It's noticable if I don't take them for a day or two.
