Beauty Collagen

This is a nice collagen but the taste is very unusual. I was expecting a fruity flavor but it just smells like the flavor, it taste like soap and water. I mix it in with my morning smoothie. The smell though is very over powering even if you mix it with any other liquid. I know it says mix with water, but seriously it's gross. It is also hard to mix, it does get clumpy but it will go away after a min or two of mixing or shaking in a shaker bottle. Don't recommend a shaker bottle becase it foams alot. But hey its up to you. Makes the taste ten times worse. But other then that its good.

I've been wanting to try a collagen powder for a while & decided to go with Vital Protein. I got the Strawberry Lemonade to use w/ water. It clumps a bit & takes some stirring, but it will clog the end of your straw. It says to use in a smoothy....I will definitely try that. Or buy the unflavored. The powder smells so good but needs to be heavily watered down & a sweetener used to make it palatable in water! If it does what it claims to, then great but taste is a big issue for me! I don't drink coffee so I need ways to make it easy to take!

I’m 32 now so my self-care routine is full of anti-aging products. I love this stuff, but unfortunately haven’t been able to afford to use it constantly. This size of canister only lasts maybe 2 weeks and the price makes this something I splurge on only when I’m able. I notice a difference in my hair and nails but I’m hoping I can use it long enough to see skin differences. This is my first time using in the winter so I’m hopeful to see some benefit from the hyaluronic acid on my dry skin. I mix this in orange juice with a blender bottle and it tastes great with a stronger flavored juice. I use the blender bottle because it’s hard for me to stomach random chunks. MIX WELL AND THEN SHAKE SOME MORE. Overall I recommend and have recommended this to friends since it contains more collagen than typical collagen supplements in pill form and better absorbs.

The flavor was not the same as previous. The texture also seemed a little off. This was my favorite flavor but now I just get the lemon. Vanilla is ok for a coffee creamer but these lemonade flavors are better without anything but water. The drink powders seem to work better than pill supplements for me. My nails are very soft and this allowed me to grow them all to the same length without breakage. Still short compared to acrylic manicure but my nails are too soft for even nail polish. Very pleased to have stronger nails and less splitting across the quick.

Strawberry Lemon Beauty Collagen : Large Wide Mouth Mason Jar with 2 part lid. Mix 1 Scoop with 1 Cup hot water. I use Keurig or Kettle. Add Juice of one Freshly Squeezed Lemon (Bonus : added Vitamin C) or you can Add 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp of Organic Lemon Juice (Whole Foods Not from Concentrate). Refreshing. And even a bit satiating due to the Collagen Protein so makes an excellent mid morning or mid afternoon drink. Also excellent after work out or just running around. Perfect year round but even more perfect for Summer months! If you really need it sweeter and want something that tastes like Fresh Lemonade you can add liquid sweetener to taste from agave, maple syrup to stevia or for a smoother sweet flavor Lakanto sweetener [ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072P5SQMN?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_W2YD2V8DX6QJWZHRNZ3V ] if you are Keto or Sugar Free. I personally love it with just the juice of a Freshly squeezed Lemon. It’s perfect. I drink this once an day and also use 1 Scoop of the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (blue canister) Unflavored in my coffee or hot Matcha daily and/or added to a smoothie or shake sometimes. For these I use a battery powered hand frother [ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GMDOUHS?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_GCCVR7WKEQ39FHD0N52B ] or add directly to my almond milk when warming and frothing for a latte using an electric automatic small kettle frother [ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GQQZ64G?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_P2RNP3V2RQPV23J9E8NF ] and dissolves completely and is flavorless (opposed to Bulletproof which has a definite taste when added to plain coffees or teas, but works fine in smoothies and shakes undetected.

Only been taking for a couple of weeks, but so far so good. The strawberry lemonade is very light flavor, it looks gross, kinda like muddy water. I used room temp water and a hand frothed blender and have not had issue with it not mixing or becoming congealed or gross. I wouldn’t say this is enjoyable as in im not replacing soda/tea/juice- but for a mixer or liquid vitamin it’s pretty damn good and not intense. I chug mine in the AM and it doesn’t make me sick or want to puke, but again I’m not sipping like a fine brandy or something. UPDATE: my second order they sent the wrong flavor (vanilla) which I find foul for water, and I can’t stand creamy heavy drinks. Absolutely yuck! They refuse to replace my item so I spent $30 on trash. I do t trust if I REORDER it won’t happen again. No way to contact shop or customer service (fully automated that stops you because the item is considered non returnable- even when they f**k up your order apparently) very dissatisfied I’m saddled with this nasty flavor

It smells like strawberries !! The taste is kinda awful. I dissolve it in water, I add ice and I squeeze half a lemon. The lemon makes it taste a little better for me. I have only drank this for 5 days and so far am liking the results. My muscles feel less tense and my skin looks more Hydrated. And yes the bottle comes half way full but i love the product so I will keep on purchasing!!

Okay so at first when I made it, it looked more peachy color than strawberry. But after I tasted it, I love it. Besides who needs all the fake colorings. Also no fake sugars. I’m hypoglycemic and I have to watch how much sugar I use in anything I eat or drink. This doesn’t bother me at all. If you want it to dissolve really well. I put 4 Oz of water in the microwave for 20 sec. Then I poor in the powder and it dissolves immediately. It doesn’t even need to be that hot, lukewarm is good enough. I mix well and Then I add in remaining 4 Oz of room temperature water and throw in my ice and whah la! It’s really good. I was surprised after some of the reviews. If you prefer it super sweet you can always add your favorite sweetener. 🍓 🍋 Now I don’t hesitate ti drink my collagen. I had the unflavored one and sometimes I would forget to add it to my coffee. This helps me drink it daily because I look forward to having something refreshing to drink without the fake sugars. And that’s hard for me to find with my hypoglycemia issue.

I absolutely love Vital Proteins! The pink variant is my favorite—it tastes great. I usually have it with milk every morning, and it really makes me look fresh.
