Decent price, reasonable quality but good customer service
Unfortunately I ordered this a few weeks prior to use & didn't get a chance to set up just before my event. To find out that one of the support arms broke immediately.Doria at Brandline was very quick to provide resolution by sending a replacement part. Which was easy to replace on one's own.Post replacement, the 20ft side seems to have a bow in it that we could not get to sit flat, even with the top cover. With 6 people, setting it up was more challenging than one would think based on the design, lots of binding points and slow going.Leg adjustments are ok, don't seem super strong but overall we had some winds on and off, nothing crazy and it held it's ground for 6 days. The removable walls with windows is a nice touch and can be used on other awnings with ease.Carrying case is a bit subpar, zipper is already broken, a strap separated and the handle caused a tear in the case while lifting it. Could be better quality. All in all, for $200 on a 10x20 and the customer service, I can't say it's a great buy or a bad one but you should get your money's worth.Latest update, 7/19/24, company contacted me to address the broken carrying case and sent a new one! Hopefully it will last and hold up longer than the first one did!

Nice tent and great customer service (updated)
I made the mistake of buying a "used - very good" 8X8. When I set it up for the first time, one of the locking mechanisms on a leg broke in the up position - I could not lower then tent. I had to break the leg to lower and disassemble the tent. When assembled, it is a nice canopy tent with all the side walls up. I would have been happy with it. So, is the tent quality questionable, or did I make the mistake of ordering a used item? Not sure.Due to bad weather, I waited to long to set it up, so could not return it. When I tried to purchase a replacement frame from the manufacturer (China), they were very responsive, but they didn't seem to understand what I was requesting (after numerous emails) so that was a dead end.Update: The China manufacturer very actually very helpful and they sent me replacement parts as soon as I was able to give the their product number (on the shipping box). The parts arrived in a few days. They were great. Because of the great customer service, I update my review to 5 stars.

Good Value For The Money
This has been a good value for the money. We've only used it lightly, but it goes up and down quickly and easily and, so far, has been sturdy enough. Our one complaint is the velcro at the top of the posts is attached by several small staples, which isn't very secure. The velcro on the top of the posts is there so that the velcro tabs on the top of the canopy attach to it to hold the top in place. When taking the canopy down one time I mistakenly grabbed the velcro stapled to the post, not the velcro tab on the canopy top. With only a moderate tug I pulled the velcro right through the small staples. We have since reinforced all the velcro at the top of the posts with zip ties.Of course, if you don't grab the velcro at the top of the posts and tug on it like I did, it might be fine. But when taking the canopy down the top often hides what's beneath the top of the posts, so it's easy to grab the wrong piece of velcro.Otherwise, it's been fine for for us and we would buy again.

Don't get cheaply made
One reason storm and it's destroyed first use while everyone else's is still standing. Has it weighed down and the support bars and legs snapped. But on the bright side it was easy to put up...The company has sent a replacement.

Seller Stands By Product
The media could not be loaded. My baby son and I wanted to be able to enjoy our deck but wanted something enclosed and affordable. I ended up getting this Quictent and it is perfect! We have a rocking bench, 2 lawn chairs, and a safe outdoor rug for him to dink around on without slivers. The tent itself is sturdy and set-up easy for me by myself. I am 6'1" and I stand up with plenty of headroom. The tent comes with 2 window walls, 1 entry wall, and 1 plain wall. They are all interchangeable. The frame is also very sturdy. I do use 20lb popup tent weights on each leg but it does come with tie-downs. I got the white tent to keep it cool in the sun.We sit and play in the tent when it is too hot for a walk and he loves it. We also have a baby pool we use in the tent, too! It has been a simple and affordable oasis for him!The seller also stands by their product. We recently had an unexpected summer hail storm and it punched a few holes in the roof but otherwise the tent did fine. I contacted the seller to buy a replacement roof and they sent me one free of charge! I was so impressed! The tent also has done well with reasonable winds. I leave it up most of the time. If is extra windy or bad weather I go and press a button on each leg and it drops down to a safe height until the weather subsides.I couldn't be happier with this product! Come winter, it collapses and folds up pretty easily and packs up in a sturdy roll bag until next season! Thank you Quictent!
