Q: Are these powders completely edible?

I’m only a customer who bought these, not the manufacturer, but yes these are edible & non-toxic. Work very well too! I decorate cookies and use for that. You can mix with a small amount of vodka to paint your cookie or baked goods with. The alcohol evaporates and is tasteless as water will not evaporate and leave the “paint” runny

Q: Are you able to use on chocolate strawberries?

I use these in chocolate bonbon molds. They are supposed to be safe to eat so I don't see why they could not be used on chocolate strawberries. Hope this helps. Cheers
